Exactly what I was looking for!
These sandals are so adorable. I love leather shoes. I get really lucky with finding Børn sandals and boots at my local thrift store, but for months I was looking for something more like these Huarache sandals, and quickly gave up searching the thrift store and came to my second favorite store: Amazon! These sandals do not disappoint. I had read that some people suggest sticking to your true size as these stretch over time. I am 7.5-8 depending on shoe, and I have long narrow feet. I felt in my gut I should go with 8 even if they may stretch out too big overtime. Well, the fit perfectly and in fact it’s a bit tight in the toe box (especially around my big toe) so I am happy I sized up and not down. I imagine the sides of these sandals will become too loose in a years time, but I am ok with adding an extra hole to the strap or shrinking the leather by soaking it in water (if necessary).As for comfort, they are quite comfortable BUT I would not choose to wear these all day long. A few hours, yes. I walked around a festival for 3 hours and the only part that starting hurting was a decorative leather piece where the top and base meet, curls in ever-so-slightly that it rubs my foot. No big deal. Also, my heal gets a bit tired from the flat sole, but again this is more like out for a few hours kinda shoe and it’s absolutely adorable. I have received many compliments! My mom also was happy to see them as she had a pair of green ones 20-30 years ago from when she lived in Spain, and was flooded with memories. My sister also just purchased a pair after seeing mine. I definitely recommend these!

Hold Your Nose!
1)This box was included inside a larger box with other products ordered. When I opened up the large box I noticed an offensive, chemical smell coming from the larger box and when I got to the sandals and opened them, oh my gosh did they ever STINK!! I cannot imagine wearing this footwear in small closed spaces, let alone with people standing close to me. Until the manufacture figures out how to do away with the odiferous odor, I do NOT recommend this product.2) The sandal runs small and I'd recommend ordering 1/2 to a full size up for a comfortable fit.

Very favorite shoes
I absolutely love these shoes. Tiny downside is they started out very tight and pinchy- If I haven't read the recommendation to size on the smaller side because they are real leather and stretch I would have returned instantly for how bad they pinched. HOWEVER, I stuck it out and after about 5-10 days of wear they were fitting perfectly. I've now had them for a few months and I wear them everyday for a job on my feet all day and I love them. They are comfy, cute, good quality. Absolutely recommend.

Super Cute, But a Bit Tight on the Toes
I love the style of these sandals! The color and design are beautiful, and they pair well with just about anything. The ankle strap is comfortable and the overall look is really unique. However, they were a little too snug around my toes. Although the shoe itself fits my foot, I noticed it immediately when I put them on so unfortunately I had to return them. If you have wider feet, you might considering sizing up or just be aware they could feel tight in the toe area.

I was looking for another pair of hand tooked leather sandals when I came across these. The last pair of similar (from another website) were stiff and after a year I'm still breaking them in. These sandals are made from a medium soft leather that is not still and other than breaking in from the first time I wore them they fit very well. I wear an 8 US and these were true to the size. They are cute and go with everything summer!

LOVELY, well-made comfortable shoe. I have forgotten how much I love huraches...don't see many here in Okla since I moved from NM years ago. I wear an 8.5, which they don't offer. The size 8 was too small, exchanged for a 9 and they're perfect. They are a nice complement to whatever you pair them with.

Nice huarache sandals
I did go up a half size as I read in other reviews they fit perfect. They do have a smell not sure if it's the leather or finish on the leather smell goes away slowly. Sandals are comfortable too
