Great dance shoes for West Coast Swing!
Amazing for West Coast Swing! Lightweight, breathable, flexible, I love the freedom my feet have while dancing. Easy to slip on and off, and they stay on while I'm dancing. I'm typically a size 9 so I tried both the 8-8.5 and 9-9.5. The 9-9.5 fit on easily but felt a little loose which made me feel like I would be more likely to slip. The 8-8.5 was very snug and only fit if I wore no or very thin socks, but I liked how stable it made my foot feel. I also knew that over time it would stretch out. I've been very happy with the 8-8.5, so even if it feels a little tight at the beginning know that it will stretch out over time and get more comfortable.The suede on the bottom makes the shoe perfectly slippery so turn are easy. If you want something with more grip look elsewhere. Also surprisingly comfortable, I've worn them at conventions during multiple workshops and social danced in them for hours and my feet don't get tired in them. I'm sure slipping in an insole would work if needed. And can't beat how easy they are to pack into your bag or suitcase.

Great for anyone needing wide width
My daughter loves these jazz shoes. We have had a hard time purchasing for her in the past because she has wide feet and is very sensitive to anything that is too tight. Seeing as most jazz shoes are made from a leather or pleather type material, they tend to be tight until they're broken in. Unfortunately, she just can't get to that point. These shoes are made from a stretchy, canvas like material which solves all our problems! They also look great and seem to be made of high quality, durable material. I'm so thankful for these jazz shoes!

Narrow fit with tight band around middle
Very narrow fit. The material is stretchy and seems comfortable but the band around the middle doesn’t stretch at all, which limits how far your foot can slide in. I was hoping these would be comfy dance shoes for my 13yo son, but he could only get them halfway on. If you have wide feet, look elsewhere.

We ended up purchasing this twice. We needed one black and one tan pair. My son is 13 and does a summer acting program. He says these are much more comfortable than the pair we bought last year and has requested that we only order this brand from here on out. They were not that expensive and lasted all season still good condition if it wasn’t for the fact, teen boys grow so fast he could wear them next year.

LOVE these dance shoes! We are West Coast Swing dancers and these shoes have been fabulous. I love them for practice, but also used them in a competition recently where I wanted to feel 'sort of barefoot'. They are snug yet not too tight and they don't slip off! The suede on bottom is just enough without being too thick. These are also fantastic to keep in my dance bag even when I wear other shoes.....always good to have a back up pair & these take up so little room!I'm normally a solid 8.5, but sometimes 8.....got the 8's and they are perfect. When I wore a pair in, I thought maybe I'd try a 7, but those were way too snug. Stuck with the 8's and they're perfect....still allowing a little breathing room while never slipping off.
