The shoes are good quality. But recently every pair of shoes I buy have being saturated with poisonous synthetic fragrance detergent or some kind of l “fragrance” chemical treatment. And I don’t think it is manufacture’s fault rather than Amazon incorrect storing and handling that is tainting the product or purposeful harming, I had dizziness and headache after wearing them once. I tried to ventilate them for 10 days and nothing have helped. The smell is horribly toxic and overwhelming I had to sent them back. Otherwise I would keep them if not for that poisonous chemical “fragrance”
The size 11 Sansha (9M US Women's/6M US Men's) sneaker was a good fit for me. I'm regularly a size 7 wide and I wear orthotics, which I usually stick into my sneaker by removing the insole already in the sneaker. The sneaker wasn't great for lateral movement. It also wasn't slick enough for the dance moves I wanted to do. It comes with a nice carry bag. The red is garish.
I wear a 9 in Nike and Puma. I ordered the size 10 as suggested. It fit beautifully. It allows much more movement than my last dance shoe, the Nike Musique. It almost feels like I am barefoot (except with good padding). I wear them for Barre Vite and dance classes. Highly recommended. And they are red!!
I needed shoes for Zumba and Cardio Jazz classes. I really wanted to love these. They fit nicely and just look so fun (I got them in red, of course). But where the lines come down into the arch it creates more of a point than a curve. I ended up choosing these instead:Sansha Dyna-Site Dance Sneaker
I bought these for my ex ( he's a drummer). He says they fit perfectly.
My biggest problem with most shoe makers is that they don't make/sell shoes for people with wide feet (I'm a 12EEEEE). A good fit is more important with dance shoes. Most shoe salespeople will tell to get a larger size and stuff the toes, but that really doesn't work for 2 reasons: 1) You then don't know where your toes are (important with partner dancing) and 2) the cord (width change from heel to toe) is wrong. All of which hurts and can cause permanent injury. Dance shoes really need to be fitted. With the construction of these shoes (quite sturdy), it is going to take a very long time (if ever) to get them properly stretched out enough to be used. That said:General design looks OK.Shoe matches picture.Looks flexible.
