Danny loafer, great loaf
I’m a hey dude guy, still am, but I took a chance on these simply for the looks because I wanted a casual penny loafer even though sanuks in the past were always too narrow for my fat foot,I sized up 1, these are my favorite shoe now, if you’re looking to loaf, these will loaf all around town, even global loafing, and as an avid loafer, I only wish I could wear them with socks, but that’s my only complaint, otherwise they look great and feel great, material and stitching seem to be good material, I can see these moving to my go-to shoe spot

I really like the look of this shoe. The lining could be better/softer, though, but the sole really is an improvement over the older and flatter ones like in their Donnys.Wish the fabric for the lining was more like felt or even furry like in the chills. I'm taking a star off for the rough lining. It may not be a problem for other people, though.Also, I can see why some people think it's tight. I tend to wear all my Sanuks a little long/loose in the front, so tightness is never an issue for me, but the front does feel flatter compared to Donnys, etc...The shoe isn't narrow, but there isn't as much fabric up top compared to their other shoes. People with wide but thin feet should be ok. I'd be a bit worried if I had high arches or chubby/thick feet.

Hard to put on
I found these too hard to put on for normal use. They have a very tight fit across the top, which prevents them from slipping on. Once on, they do feel comfortable. I am a size 10.5 and ordered the 11. That was the right decision. After walking around in them, there was a noticeable lack of arch support. These are more suitable as slippers than as everyday casual shoes. They do appear to be well-made and constructed. An elasticised top would be preferable, making for an easier slip-on.

Size up! Trust me! Long time Sanuk wearer.
Size up. I’ve been wearing Sanuks for years. I’m a consistent 9.5 in all shoes. My foot is on the narrow side too. Been wearing Sanuks in a 9. Got these and they did not fit at all. Very tight across the top. Got a 10 and it’s much better, plenty of length but still a tad tight across top. It will be fine. Just be warned.
