Perfect Minimalist Footwear!
Update: The review I wrote below is for the black sandals. I loved them so much that I bought a pair of the "Dusty Purple/Multi". Love the print, but it is a different material, more stretchy and definitely getting some heel slippage.Perfect Minimalist Footwear! I'm talking the Katy Bowman version - attached to foot, ample room for toes, flexible sole, no heel or toe lift. I wanted something to replace flip-flops (not attached to foot) and these are great. They do have 1/4" more sole under the heel than the toe, but I feel like it squishes under my weight and is irrelevant. I am a 6.5 or 7 depending on the shoe - I ordered 6 and 7 and the 7 fit. No heel slippage like some other reviewers mentioned. I have black and am thinking of getting another color. Oh, and I actually stand in these at my desk all day at work, no mat underneath. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. What am I going to do in the Winter?

These are my favorite sandals I have ever bought. Extremely comfortable, worth every penny! The yoga mat soles seemed a bit gimmicky but they are absolutely the comfiest soles I've ever had on a shoe. It doesn't have a ton of arch support but way more than drugstore flipflops. I can walk in these all day and still be comfortable. I love the fabric straps, so cute and comfortable.Note: I am highly sensitive to fabrics/textures and am constantly looking for the comfiest shoes, clothes, blankets etc. These are on the top of my list for shoes. If you are looking for a comfortable sandal, I urge you to buy this. They run just slightly small in my experience, but not enough to return for a larger size. I even recommended this to my sister and she adores them as well.My one pair has held up extremely well in the summer, they still look as good as new and I believe they will last me a while. I must have weird-shaped feet or something
Great sandal but gave it 3 stars because the soul of the sandal fits but the strap that goes behind the ankle isn't tight enough to stay on my heel. I had to cut it and then hand sew it to make it shorter and keep it up on my heel better. I should have sewn it even shorter than I did but I only had so much to work with. I am not a seamstress by any means but this was frustrating. If I had gone a size smaller maybe the heel strap might have worked better but then the sole of the sandal would have been too small. I wear them a lot in spite of always having to home up the heel strap. They are super comfortable and I get annoyed with the constantly sliding strap, but I am not willing to admit defeat yet.

LOVE Sanuks, just not this style.
I love Sanuk shoes so much! I own 4 pairs of Yoga Slings and two pairs of Sidewalk Surfers. I can't say enough good things about Sanuk products. But I have to give this design only 2 stars. The straps do no stay up around my foot. I've tried adjusting the straps to make them tighter but that just forces my foot closer to the toe of the shoe and the straps around my ankle still fall down. I can't walk very far or fast in these. They are still comfy over all but having to stop often to readjust the straps ins't my idea of a good design. They are ok for wearing to the office when I know I won't have to be walking around much. If you are on trying to decide between these and the Yoga Sling design, I 100% recommend going with the Yoga Sling. They are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. I spent 3 days walking around Disneyland in the Sanuk Yoga Slings.

These are my favorite shoes that I've ever worn!!!!!
I usually wear a 51/2 or 6. I originally purchased size 6 at a local shoe store. They were a bit big, but they worked. They were so comfortable that I couldn't leave the store without them. I am short (4'10") and this style does not make your legs look shorter, like the other style (with the band across the foot). This style is very flattering. I searched online and found them on amazon.com. I purchased 2 pairs in size 5...perfect fit! I bought another black pair and a brown animal print. I love them both and receive many compliments. Sanuk should hire me as I am one of their best salespeople, often having friends try the shoe to experience the comfort : ) Please do not stop making these shoes. I plan to purchase more in the future.

Love these sandals. So comfortable! They have a two layer sole.... a thicker one on bottom and a heavenly squishy one on top. They've lasted months with hardly any wear. Top layer molds to your foot but doesn't wear out were you feel pokes from rocks and such. Really comfortable straps that hold to your foot well. I chased after a wind blown canopy through mud and they stayed on my feet. Not the best for water wear, but they hold up with water wear.... haven't stretched out. Very pleased with quality, comfort, and style. They should last many more seasons.

Like a memory foam pillow for ya feet!
I love these sandals! Extremely comfortable to wear, IF you are ok with the fabric between your toes - these are wider in that area than most thong-style sandals, so these may be uncomfortable for some. But if that doesn't bother you, you will be pleased. I like that they look a bit more put together than flip flops, but are just as comfortable and much easier to keep on your feet. I hoofed all around Boston in these babies - 18,000 steps according to my FitBit, and my feet we just as comfy at the end of the day as they were when I started.I have several pairs of Sanuk shoes - they are ALL supremely comfortable. Can't go wrong here.
