Not quite knee high and I am 5'3, BUT wide calf friendly and comfortable. I sized up 1/2 just in case but I could have done true to size. Comfortable boot that doesn't look like a "mom" or wide calf boot. For the price it is a great deal.
Did not expect it to be as comfortable as it was. Highly recommend for a white calf comfort stylish boot.
