In the past Saucony exodus has been excellent for helping me prevent plantar fasciitis. These soles seem to be too soft for that but with my orthotics, if I change them out with a different shoe, Hoka speed goat I have been OK. I wear an 8 1/2 M women’s street shoe and a nine in my running shoes and they fit well with my orthotics, ‘kneed to run’ brand.
Pro and con:Pro: amazing cushion!!! I’m a trail jogger in Nashville and these fit incredibly right out of the box! Traction is great. Color is my fave. I love that my foot doesn’t slide forward into the toe box while going down steep hills. Fast shipping. Great price!Con: just went to buy another pair and they are sold out of this color!!!
Runs true to size.Put them on right out of the box and went on a 23 mile trail run. No blistering. No hot spots.Incredibly comfortable, light but durable
Great fit, light, looks good, and the rocks disappear underfoot. I'm big and these handle it.
These shoes keep my feet comfy on longer trail runs (6+ miles) and hikes. I like the amount of cushion - enough to support my feet, firm enough to not feel squishy, and allows a little ground feel. (The Peregrines have too little cushion which leaves the balls of my feet hurting.) I also raced with them and they did fine on fast road sections. They feel true to size for me.
Great hiking shoe. Officially made Sauconys my new favorite brand. Switched from another major brand.
Wore on 2 shorter hikes before doing the grand canyon R2R...1st shoe in years I haven't had blister issues and didn't have to tape my feet.
