So far I'm very satisfied with this model. This is the second pair of Axon I've ordered, this series one, and a previous series two. They do seem to run about a 1/2 size smaller than my previous Guide 15's, but that doesn't pose a problem for me. My only concern is how well the sole's hold up. The cushion and support are just what I was looking for. One very small item I really like is the lacing system, much better than the Guide lacing, just my personnel preference

Great cushion, but the mesh isn't durable
For context, I'm heavy and I've run or trail run ~10mi/week for ~18 years. I used to do just New Balance, then Saucony Kinvaras, then Merrell trail. This is my first maximalist pair, so I wanted to try a budget option to see if it's for me.They're super comfortable and I find I like wearing them more than any of my other shoes just for daily non-running use.I'm careless and hard on my gear. I have ripped two holes in the toe area mesh within 4 months. For the pair I've done this to in the past, it generally took a year if it happened; I'm thinking this is the tradeoff for such comfortable materials.

This shoe is a great value and the reviews I’ve read hold true.
Long time Brooks Ravenna fan but Brooks kept tweaking the Ravenna and finally retired it. Only on week two so I’m slowly working them in my rotation but so far they are working great. Softer ride than Ravenna and a completely different feel that may or may not work for you. Ravenna feels very flat and this shoe definitely has a curved and higher platform so you’ll notice the roll when you take your first step. Two 3 mile runs plus a 7 miler so far and not feeling any negative effects. This may be my new go to shoe. The professional reviews I read in advance of purchase are accurate. This shoe is a great value at $100 retail.

Fantastic trainer! I had been using Cohesions prior to this. A friend recommended I look at these and I’m so glad I did. Plenty of cushion under, rocker shape helps get a great toe push off. That push has caused some clad tightness during my transition period into these shoes but a little recovery work has helped rectify that. Speed, tempo and easy runs are all significantly faster with less exertion than with my previous shoe. Only worry is durability of the upper mesh near my toes. Hopefully I can get as many miles in these as I did the cohesions.

Great shoe
Saucony is the go to shoe for my son who runs cross country and trqck for his college. He has tried other brands but thos one keeps him in better health. No shin splints or calf injuries while running in the saucony brand. The guide 9's were his ultimate favorite in high school. This one is now it for him as he trians for his senior year.

A shoe that is suitable for running and walking
The shoes are very comfortable and suitable for both running and walking. Their sole is thick and absorbs shocks. It also has a slight slope in the front that makes it easier for the foot to move while running. I am very satisfied with these shoes and highly recommend them.
