This showcase rated as a best budget buy for walking shoes. I love these shoes. I broken them in fir a few weeks before taking them on vacation. Did a lot of walking and they felt great. Even wore them in the maid if mist boat in Niagara Falls.UPDATE: I just bought this shoe again only in all black with either coming. Looking forward to breaking these shoes in and wearing during the winter months while on walks.
Got the wides and, like all Sauconys, fits and feels great. After about 50 miles, I can say they are quiet shoes with great support and excellent cushioning. Extremely light and appear to be very durable. Hope to get many more miles from these.
Saucony shoes are starting to be my favorite. I got the Odysseus shoes quite by chance a few years ago and the 8.5 fit me perfectly but after it was worn out (the back of the shoe had worn out and was digging into my skin), I struggled to find shoes that would fit me right especially when I developed some issues with my middle toe/ball of foot hurting.This time around I decided to go with a more aggressive shoe design like I see on the feet of a lot of long distance walkers so I bought a pair of ASICS Dynablast shoes which were super comfortable while standing around and walking short distances, but I noticed on long walks, the extra spongy feel was just wasting energy and just felt clumsy. That's when I decided to go back to Saucony. I was hoping to find the Odysseus but couldn't find them anymore and took a chance on these Cohesion 17s.First glance, the shoes are understated compared to the ASICS, HOKA, and Brooks shoes I saw before. They look like regular sneakers with just a little extra cushion. They also look nice enough to wear just for everyday stuff. I like the leather trim which the Odysseus didn't have. The wear is nice too. The shoe fits snug which is nice but I wish the toe box was bigger and for some reason the wide sizes are all unavailable.

Love. love, these shoes. Great support, last longer and are more comfortable than the Asic's I used to wear. Big bang for the buck. Surprisingly comfortable, more so than more expensive Asics.
I have been ordering Cohesion running/walking shoes for well more than ten years. Up until my most recent order of Cohesion 17's I've enjoyed a a comfortable fit with each new pair. The new 17's are very tight. Could this be due to their being manufactured in Bangladesh instead of the usual Viet Nam?
