Outstanding. I run in a lot of different shoes and this pair has become one of my favorites. The shoe has a low 4 mm drop and it feels great to run in without overdoing it and going all the way to a zero drop. They're very stable yet still have cushioning. They're incredibly light. I really couldn't ask for much more out of a shoe.
I have owned a few of the previous versions and this one is finally up to par. It has decent cushion to be able to go more distance and is super lightweight. Only thing I can criticize is the material at the bottom which won’t have good traction depending on your running surface
Love these, my everyday goto shoes for running.

Kianvara 16! It’s such a functional shoe with a beautiful design! Very breathable and provides good support as well. Have been using it for two weeks and so far so good. Will update regarding durability in few months.
Midsole is cloud soft to the touch, but due to its large surface area it actually feels nice and firm when on the foot.Main reason I returned these was the wafer thin see through uppers. Not sufficient for Michigan winters. If you live in warmer climates or need a summer shoe then these might work for you.
Get running shoe. Was looking for something to replace my stash of freedom ISO 2 (had many pairs that I finally used up)... The Kinvara 16 is a good alternative though slightly stiffer
