Great for walking and hiking.
I've had several pairs of Saucony walking shoes. My foot is a bit on the narrow side and I've had great luck with this brand. I owned these shoes in gray and wore them out and wanted a new pair so purchased them in maroon. They are very comfortable and have great tread on the bottom. I have hiked in them and feel like they have great traction. My only complaint is that my last pair split a little bit near the little toe and toe box. I'm not sure if it was caused by my walking pattern or not but loved them so much I was willing to try out another pair.

2 months in, wearing toe holes on the top
I have returnwd 5 or 6 pairs if Saucony running shoees this spring/summer, always something that wasnt right. These are keepers! Decent arch support and short shoe strings and good trail tread, even tho I dont really run on trails. Plus, they're dog approved for dog walks. The sole is quite flexible which is hard to find. They are really attractive too!Update: It's October 12 2035 now, and I see a hole wearing thru the top of the right shoe. Pic attached. 2 months in guys...not good. This used to take years to occur.Update November 18, 2025: Pair I brought in August now have toe wear holes in both shoes. I wear them about an hour a day.

Best shoes for me!
The tread on these shoes are amazing for trail running, the color is great and they are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned.

Almost perfect
These shoes are very comfortable, but run very small. I usually wear a 7-7 1/2 regular shoes, and an 8 in athletic shoes. I ordered an 8 in these, and my toe is almost to the toe box, and I can feel slight pressure after long walks. Since I've worn them a few times, not sure I can exchange, but outside of the size issue, they are very cute, and comfortable... just make sure to order at least a full size up.

LOVE!
I have been running in Asics forever but decided to try these after Asics keeps discontinuing my shoes. I don't run on trails but figured I would give these a shot because the sole looked like the right shape for me. These have been great for running so far. I did wear them hiking, which was nice for the traction. I have not had any blisters or foot issues, and there was no breaking in period. I do have a narrow foot and they are a little roomy, but tying them tight helps. The sizing is off - I wear a 7 in Asics but I had to get an 8 in these shoes. I have already ordered another pair of the Peregrine 8's because I'm not sure if the next model will be the same.

Wears quickly
I always wear sauconys, but I don't like the new peregrine model. I think my favorite was 12. So I tried these 8s. The top wore through immediately. Not the durability I would expect from a tail runner.

Ultimate for loose terrain!
Purchased for use in Tough Mudder 10-mile race. I tried a dozen different pair before settling on this shoe based on confidence building grip that this superb tread pattern creates. Ideal for terrain with any type of incline or decline as this grip allowed me to run up steep dirt & loose gravel terrain with surprising ease. Even running along angled surfaces is very secure in this shoe compared to others I've tried. The tread extends just slightly wider than the sole of the shoe providing more traction to inhibit the shoe sliding sideways in loose terrain. The midfoot sole feels that it has adequate strength (but not excellent) to protect against sharp objects but soft enough to feel like a running shoe. Water runs through the shoe easily so feet will get wet but shoe dries quickly. Not for road running. Tread will not last long.
