Sturdy and good for flat feet

My son has flat feet and easily overpronates. I am constantly in search of shoes that can support his feet, and these shoes do the job! They are well made, sturdy, and seem like they will last a good bit. They support his ankles well. I did slip in extra insoles for his flat feet. My son wears a 3, but has wider feet so I got him a size 3.5 wide and they fit fantastic! My favorite part about these shoes is the Velcro straps. A lot of shoes have straps that are too short, but these are long enough AND it has Velcro on the tongue of the shoe for extra support. they will probably be our go to shoes now! Also, they look great too!

There is no heel tab on these shoes, but foot slips in without struggle. I love that it has an alternative closure for my special needs son still has yet to master the art of tying shoelaces. I also appreciate that this brand offers TRUE WIDE width shoes for sensory sensitives kiddos like mine--It surely helps with the comfort! Style is classic and good for school days and outings. Medium weight; my kid will surely outgrow rather needing replacement due to quality!

I love that these shoes are affordable, look cool but are still Velcro, have full rubber bottoms, & a leather toe cap - all things that are hard to find for under $30. BUT every Saucony shoewe tried on run 1.5 size too small so beware!
