A great running shoe! I've had these for about a year, they still feel great when I'm jogging. I jog a few miles, 3 to 4 times a week. Sizing is accurate. I am a size 6 normally, and I wore a size 6 in these shoes.

Despite its appearance, the 'wide' in this shoe isn't really wide; it's a Medium. This shoe shares the misleading fault of other trendy brands like Hoka, which is that the sole itself is wider than the actual shoe box. This produces a shoe that only LOOKS wide, but looks don't give your foot the room it needs. So, if you have a wide foot, steer clear of this one.As for the sole, it is made of a material that reminds me of the rigid styrofoam inserts that are sometimes used for packing fragile items. It is lightweight but it scarcely bends at all. So, if you need a shoe that is flexible, this isn't the one for you either.
