Great walking sneaker
These are hands down the highest quality running shoes I’ve ever owned. The cushioning is incredibly well-placed—soft and supportive in all the right areas—while still allowing for a natural gait, stride, and foot strike. Despite the extra cushion, they feel engineered for performance, not just comfort. They have a springy feel that noticeably supports my knees during runs.I went with the 9.5 after trying both 9 and 9.5, just to give my toes that extra space in the toebox—and I’m glad I did. The fit is like a sock; I barely need to tighten the laces. In fact, the lacing system is so precise that overtightening can make my foot feel tingly or fall asleep, something I had to adjust to after being used to less technical shoes. Perfect shoes for speed workouts — light, responsive, and comfortable
I’ve used several Saucony models, but the Kinvara 14 has become my favorite for speed training. My new favorite shoe
So happy with this purchase due to how super comfortable and light these shoes are. Easily wore right out of the box without worry of blisters or rubbing. The fit is amazing no slippage on the heel and the tongue doesn't move around. Love the color waves along with the simple design. Good except...
I use these shoes at the gym. The sole is comfortable but the eyelet closest to my big toe digs into my foot on both sides. I've tried loosening the laces, but unless I want to have the shoe falling off my foot I don't seem to be able to get it loose enough to not dig in. I do get used to it as I run, so I don't really notice it after a while, but I have a red divot in the top of both of my feet when I take them off. I like the material and am optimistic it will hold up, and I feel like I have good support for my arches and heels when I run. I also like the snazzy color!

Worth the money! Great distance, supportive running shoe
Very high quality running shoe. I haven't own a higher quality shoe like this before. They are so cushiony but in all the right spots, engineered just right to allow for proper gait, stride, and foot strike even with extra the cushion. They are springy and I can feel how they are supporting my knees. I got the 9.5 after trying on both the 9 and 9.5 to allow for that little extra room in the toebox so my foot wasn't mashing up at the front of the shoe. These shoes fit like a sock. I barely need to tighten the laces on the instep. The lacing is very sensitive to being overtightened and I have had to learn how to adjust because my foot would be falling asleep/tingly from being too tight. I would be tightening them like I had in the past with lesser technical shoes and learned that these shoes don't need so much extra effort to hold my foot in place. The breathability is amazing and the style is very catchy, subtle, and super unique.
