Excellent running shoe
These shoes are true to size, incredibly light weight, comfortable, and easy to run in. They are reasonably flexible and have decent ground feel. They seem quite stable and have good traction on all kinds of surfaces (dry or wet grass, gravel, dirt, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, etc). The quality seems good, and the shoes were not overpriced compared to competitors. The style and color are attractive. I just use them for running, but if you want them for walking, they should be just fine.

Comfortable and reliable running shoe
Tried the Brooks Ghost (heel cup too short), Asics Novablast 5 (too bouncy and high stacked/unstable), Nike Pegasus (heel to toe drop too extreme) and finally bought these. I really liked the Kinvara 13 (never tried 14s) and feel these are the same great fit with small improvements in cushioning which are great. Style is pretty basic, wish they had better color ways but I chose the black which will go with everything. The perfect shoe if you are looking for comfort without a high stack. Great value at the price I paid vs the others I tried (a little under $100 when I purchased).

horrible customer service!!!!!!!!
I purchased a pair of shoes from Saucony, and after only three weeks, the stitching started coming apart from the fabric. I reached out to request a refund, but they only offered an exchange. After another three weeks of back-and-forth, they changed their stance again. A supervisor told me:“In order to be approved for a replacement pair of Sauconys, our assessment team considers when/where the shoes were purchased and the nature of the defect. Our assessment indicates that your product is not eligible for replacement as it did not contain a manufacturing defect and this issue does not affect the performance of the shoe. You can see if you can return this item back to Amazon for a refund.”I’m very disappointed with Saucony’s customer service and lack of accountability. The defect clearly affects the integrity of the shoe, and being brushed off like this after such a short time of use is unacceptable. I do not recommend this brand due to their poor customer support.They did offer a 25% discount “as part of their commitment to excellent customer service,” but honestly, that doesn’t make up for the hassle and lack of resolution.
