Defective zip and no replacement boot/s or acknowledgement received from the company. Poor C/S

After wearing twice only on the third time the zip kept coming apart at the base of the one boot, meaning that as you were riding the zipper opened revealing my calf. I followed up with the company and sent photos, yet I am still waiting for a replacement pair of boots. Not happy at all.

good boots

honestly pretty good boots for synthetic leather and this cheap. they are the right size in the toe but are a little tight in the calf. they do not fit my knee cap and there is a gap but i can’t go bigger for the calf because the gap would be even bigger. they are a little tall and when bending your knee, they do put pressure on the back of your knee and hurt a little but i think that will go away with wear.

Should have read the reviews first...

I purchased these for my daughter in May 2023, she rides 2-4 times a week. After the about 2 months she had to start taping her ankles as they were causing rubbing / blisters while riding. Then yesterday Jan 10 2024 while riding both zippers busted and the boots were only held on by the top snaps. I had to cut the zipper to get the boot off of her legs/feet. After reading these reviews it would be a waste of my time to reach out to Saxon for a replacement/repair. I will be moving on to Ariat boots for better quality.

Worth the money

These boots are holding up through water, mud and sand. They fit my calves snug.. nice tight fit and reaches to the back of my knee.. It’s taking some time to break in (maybe because they are sturdy) and as a result it rubs the top back of my heel. I recommend wearing these often to break in faster. But they are worth the money and look great on.

Zipper broke within a month

I was highly disappointed with these boots. The Zipper broke within a month. I didn’t even ride with them that often maybe five times total. Never even had a chance to break them in. Not sure they would have ever softened up. They were not worth the cost of trying to get the zipper fixed either.
