Such cute shoes! These are great for when we want to dress my toddler up a bit. They seem comfortable but look so nice! He looks like such a man when we wears them! I haven't noticed any scuffing or marks yet either.
I researched a lot about shoes for toddlers. See Kai Run brand kept popping up over and over again. These shoes are such a vibe and absolutely adorable. After my little walker got used to shoes, she loves them too and asks for her “shhh”! They are pretty pricey, but I’d invest in quality shoes for myself, it felt like an important thing to invest in for my child. They are super durable and high quality. I will continue to purchase this brand of shoes as my baby grows. These cute little shoes will make a lot of memories!
I noticed that the tongue seemed lopsided but really wanted to like these shoes. However after a few times wearing them my toddler, who of course can't talk well enough to explain what's wrong, kept asking me to take his shoes off the second we got home which is unusual for him. So I stuck my hand in and noticed a hard and pointy seam where the tongue attaches to the shoe inside. No wonder they're unwearable. I'm hoping it's just a fluke in the manufacturing and they can send me a regular pair, and not that all their shoes are this way. I can't put them on him again knowing that there's something poking into his foot.
At first, I thought these were faux leather. But I was wrong, I can now tell that they are real leather. They look a little narrower than other See Kai Run shoes I've bought, but once tried on, I can see that they fit my little guy's Flinstone feet. I got my son to wear these all day yesterday, and he warmed up to them! The leather was stiff at first, but it started to soften within a day.
