Bought these in size 5 for my 16 month old who just started walking. They are adorable and seem pretty soft and breathable. Plus they are easy to open so I don't have to jam his foot in. The sole is flexible and he is able to walk confidently.
Absolutely love these shoes for my one and a half-year-old. She is not necessarily a “ new walker” anymore however I have purchased these shoes for her time and time again sizing up each time. They are so light so flexible so easy to put on. The sizing is absolutely perfect! I tried to buy her a size 5 in the new balances, but those were big and I got a size 5 in these first walker shoes and they fit perfect. See Kai run is incredible!
My kiddo loved these, what else can i say. He kept yelling "shoe! SHOE!"
As baby shoes are very short lived these I can say hold up well and fit great! The color is vibrant and cute. They are a little pricy for a baby shoe but worth it because they last as babies foot is growing. My baby also can keep them on his feet. Great support for the newly walking baby.

These have been really nice as first walker shoes! They’re lightweight and flexible, and the sole bends easily instead of being stiff, which I think is important for when they’re still figuring out walking. They feel more like a protective layer than a shoe that’s trying to force her foot into a shape.The mesh upper helps a lot with airflow, especially when she’s wearing them for longer stretches, and they don’t make her feet sweaty the way some thicker baby sneakers do. The velcro strap plus elastic laces make them easy to get on and off, but they still stay put once they’re on. She hasn’t been able to kick them off, which feels like a small miracle.Fit-wise, I got her usual size and it worked well. There’s enough room for her toes without being sloppy, and they don’t seem to rub or cause red spots. This is super important to me since so many shoe brands squish our feet. She walks confidently in them and doesn’t trip or hesitate like she did with some stiffer shoes we’ve tried.They’re not super cushy, which I actually like for this stage, but if you’re looking for something very padded or structured, these might feel minimal. For early walkers who need flexibility and grip more than support, these do exactly what they’re supposed to do. I’d get them again and again!
These baby walking shoes are the perfect pair. I have tried so many different styles for my infant and these are the ones I truly recommend. They are easy to slip on because the opening is wide, but the velcro strap keeps them secure so they do not fall off like many others do. The shoes are super lightweight with great airflow, and my baby seems very comfortable in them. They are also easy to clean since I can toss them in the washer and dryer and they come out looking new. Overall, a solid choice for any little walker.
