Bad rubber on heels

The rubber under both heels is brittle and melted slightly in the 69 degree heat in my car. They are now brittle and soft at the same time, leaving behind horrible skid marks on the floor everywhere I go.The fit was great before I noticed the chip missing on the left heel. It was small so I figured I’d keep them. Now it’s outside the 30 days and I’m stuck with them.
