Very well constructed but sizing guidance is terrible

Very comfortable and well constructed. Sizing guidance is the worst I've seen ever. I'm usually size up to a W6 normally. If possible, I'd say my perfect size is a 5.7 or so.Like others have said, add these to cart to get the EU size which is more helpfulEU 37 is W 5-5.5. The shoe's tag says 5.5EU 38 is W 6.0-6.5. The shoe's tag says 6.5EU 39 is W 7. The shoe's tag says 7The shoes are more true to size for what the tag says, so higher end of the range if there is one. I sized up to the 6.5 and it seemed comfortable enough riding. I could strap in well enough I wasnt moving around even though I sized up significantly.

Tips for ordering the right size!

I'm writing this review specifically to address how to order the "right" size. As of time of this review, the listing is messed up because it uses a conversion from mens US size -> EU size, even though this is a womens shoe.Tips:1. Add the shoe to your cart and the EU size will appear in the item description in the cart!2. For reference, I ordered 2 sizes, 6.5-7 (received EU 40), 7.5-8 (received EU 41)I'm usually a US 7.5, and EU 40 should be the right size for me in these shoes. Unfortunately, there isn't enough volume in the shoe for my foot, like my arch is too high. I've never had this issue with any shoe before trying womens cycling shoes! I had to loosen the velcro significantly to for the shoe to be comfortable, which was a bummer. EU41 fit perfect around my foot but is a smidge too long.I ended up with the Shimano RP101 in EU40, I believe the unisex sizing provides sufficient space for my foot. At the spin studio, the rental shoes that fit me are unisex as well (Specialized brand, size EU39).
