I bought these for a vegas trip! No problems with the zipper. The heel height was perfect, enough height to feel dressy but low enough to be comfortable while we visited stratosphere & then saw a show. I even got a few compliments from strangers. Also wore these to a Christmas party after we returned home. It was raining and I got them dirty on the back of the heel getting out of vehicle. Just knew the suede would be messed up, but it came off with a damp cloth. Still look new. I’m always hesitant to buy shoes online and rarely write reviews, but I’m really impressed with these boots.
