Can't beat the price! I can see what people mean by the heel being a tad too large but I still got the 11...which is what I normally wear. I'm glad I did...had I gotten smaller then my toes would've hurt. My feet stay in just fine. Feels a little loose but comfy...not like I'm going to fall or like they're going to come out. I love the look!
I've been looking for a cream crochet slip on since Payless went out of business. I found these and I read the reviews on these shoes about how they're too big and come already frayed. The reviews are kinda true and kinda false. I wear a size 10 and they fit pretty well. If you're a size 9 then the 9/10s probably would be too big. These shoes are obviously cheaply made, which makes sense as they were only $11. The bottoms are foam so be careful on smooth surfaces! And the backs of the shoes are shaped a little weird so they do fall off easily, I'm hoping if I can break them in enough then they'll be easier to walk in. Altogether they're not horrible for the price, not the worst, not the best.
Ordered size 7/8 since instructions read to order a size down if in between; normally wear size 8 1/2. Also, reviews said ran large & can stretch. Stamp in shoe & on plastic attachment was size 7. Did get my feet in them but too short & tight. Might stretch with wear but the elastic band on top of arch gave no give and material seems stiff. Don't know why listing shows size 7/8 when 8 did not show anywhere on the product. Maybe some people get size 7 & others size 8. Think a size 8 if available, would have fit perfect, but don't want to chance slipping out of a 9/10, so I'm making a return.
I read that this brand runs quite large. But wearing a size 9, I was reluctant to purchases the 7/8. so I went with the 9/10. They were indeed quite large. I also read that they could be shrunk. So I put them inside a protective net bag, and laundered them on delicate, with a few towels for further protection. Then, still inside the protective net bag, I put them briefly into the dryer. They did shrink. I was very happy. However, as a result of the washing, they are already beginning to fray at the crocheted edges. All in all... They are comfortable and an amazing value at 11.99. They are perfect for a casual fall afternoon. These were not purchased for outings, so I am thrilled.

I read the reviews about these running large, but decided to risk it because I liked the look and the price. They are definitely WAY too big. I hoped I could make it work, but I couldn't walk a couple steps without walking right out of them. I ordered the 5-6 and I normally wear a 5 1/2 in dress shoes and 6 in tennis shoes. I'd say these are about the size of a 7. They are bigger than a 6 and won't fit anyone that wears a 5.They are super cute and exactly the look I wanted. If there was a smaller size I would reorder and try again, but unfortunately for me there's not.
These shoes are SO cute, but after breaking in will have a heel that constantly goes underfoot. Order a size down and suffer through a break in period or get used to an annoying heel that constantly collapses. This is the second time I have bought these for international travel. They are comfortable but won't make you look like a slob. I do have to sew the backs of the shoes into a pucker though too avoid them falling off with extended wear.
