I've had these for a few weeks now and have been wearing them whenever I bartend and waitress. Since getting new shoes, my legs and feet have felt better, in general. I have been able to tolerate long shifts. The outer material is different than what I'm used to, but it is easy to wipe off, and repels water. Good slip resistance. Durable. I feel like the shoes support my ankles, as well. I would definitely buy half-size smaller. I initially bought a 9.5 and upon trying a 9, I opted for the smaller size, because the arch support and features of the insole fit better. An overall good pair of shoe. Holding up nicely.

Overall a good shoe
These shoes are pretty nice. I am plus sized and have wider feet, so I ordered a size 9.5 instead of a 9. They were still a bit tight, but once I loosened the laces and broke them in a bit, they are very comfy! The biggest issue for me is the part of the shoe that rubs against the Achilles’ tendon is very irritating. Blisters! I have to make sure my socks are long enough if I want to avoid blisters. Maybe I need to break them in some more for this to resolve.

I don't get why the negative reviews on this?
Good thing I followed my gut instead (and my wallet) I've had these shoes for a few months now and they haven't budged. They seem pretty good quality and guess what? I have hobbit feet. Usually find my toes so crowded in shoes but these were fine on my feet. It isn't made out of heavy thick materials so they are also lightweight. They are also the cheaper shoes from shoes for crews so honestly just get these. And as for their non slip capabilities they perform very well.
