The photo is my boots after 8 months of use, their comfortable enough that my feet don't hurt when I walk to work. And amazingly, their breathable, but also good in shallow snow, kept my feet warm, but not hot. And from what I've experienced their perfect at slip resistance.
Comfortable
I've been wearing these boots for a few years now. 4th, maybe 5h pair ive had. The reason, perfect work boots. They come with, or without, steal toe; pick your poison. As soon as the bottom wears out, I get a new pair. They last about 1.5- 2 years of daily use
Shoe is relatively comfortable, appears to provide good foot protection from injury in typical workplace situations but the height of the shoe across the bridge and toes of foot is tall. Therefore, if your shoe is to be used such as to flip a lever with its shoe top there may be insufficient clearance for the shoe to fit. For example, I bought this shoe as a replacement for true motorcycle non-slip performance shoes but the height of the shoe across the bridge is so high/thick, I have to be careful to point my toe at a deeper/more vertical angle in order to fit between the foot peg and clutch lever before lifting up the clutch lever/shifting. Depending on your motorcycle's foot peg/clutch lever distance between both horizontally and vertically, your foot flexibility to point downward if limited this shoe may not be comfortable or even usable in a tight opening or if you physically are unable to point your shoe to more vertically in that space to fit before shifting the clutch.
I purchased this boot over another boot-like sneaker by Shoes for Crews because it looked sturdy and had some additional features. I am regretting it as the boots are much heavier than I had anticipated. Also, I am struggling with the laces. The laces are not only short, but also will not stay tied. With the short laces it is difficult to tie them up when I get them all the way up to the top eyelets. That is okay though as when I tie them all the way up it is actually pretty painful to wear them. I leave them tied one less eyelet down to allow me some extra slack when I tie them and to provide some comfort I wearing them, but the laces are impossible. They are an ongoing battle throughout my shifts to keep tied. No matter what I do the laces keep coming undone. Very frustrating.
Came in time, very durable and well made. My wife loved its so light and super comfortable. Highly recommend!
Was in love with these boots for work when in 6months of having them the side seem blew out away from the sole exposing my toes. I sent a comment to possibly get a new pair of shoes or a refund with no response. These are EXPENSIVE work shoes and should not be falling apart after only 6months. I expected better. If not for the break down of the boots they are very comfy and I thought durable, I thought wrong will not buy again from this company. Shotty customer service at best.
