Too bad about the soles
I was genuinely excited when these insulated rubber boots finally arrived at my doorstep. Having owned many boots over the years, I had high hopes that these would serve as a worthy replacement for my trusty go-to brand. Unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations.Upon first inspection, the design seemed promising, particularly the fit of the upper portion of the boot. I appreciated that I could easily pull them on over my larger feet without grappling to make them fit, and they hugged my thin ankles snugly without feeling overly loose or cumbersome. However, as I wore them, the shortcomings quickly became apparent.One of the most significant flaws is the lack of a proper sole. With every step I took, I could feel the ground beneath me far too acutely, which made walking an uncomfortable experience. The sides of the boots did little to alleviate this sensation; instead, edging my foot.After wearing them for about an hour while running some errands, I began to really notice the discomfort. The boots may be suitable for light chores around the house, but anything beyond that quickly becomes a struggle. I had anticipated being able to wear these for extended periods, perhaps for outdoor activities or when working in the garden, but now I’m left feeling disheartened by their performance.It's a shame because, aside from these issues, the overall construction of the boot felt solid, and I genuinely wanted to fall in love with them. Instead, I'm left with a sense of disappointment in what could have been a great addition to my footwear collection. If you're looking for something durable for quick tasks, these might suffice, but I can't recommend them for prolonged wear.

Comfortable fit for wide feet
This is my 3rd pair of boots from this brand, and I could not be happier with them. I normally wear a 9-wide sneaker, and these boots fit perfectly. I find this brand tends to make wide toe boxes, and they consistently fit well and are very comfortable. I had the opportunity to wear these in snowy and rainy weather, and the soles of these boots have exceptional grip. The soles are firm and provide great support, while the top and sides are soft and flexible enough to make them very easy to put on and off. The loops on the back are great to help quickly slide them on. The fit is soft and comfortable, getting snug in all the places you want them to be so they don’t feel like they’re ever going to fall off, yet I can pull them off when I want to just with my feet without having to touch them. Overall, the quality of materials and construction is superb, and these are well worth the price.

Comfortable and pretty warm
I love these boots. They are easy to slip on and off, quite comfy - with a padded insert inside, and surprisingly warm even for getting around in snow. They have pretty deep tread with some texture on the bottom as well so they’ve been performed quite well for stability walking on/in snow and icy areas.I think they have a nice streamlined appearance that is fairly handsome looking for a boot that really is more of a work-boot. The cost is very comparable to many store brands ive looked at but the fact that these are seamless and so comfortable lifts their rating quite a bit as far as I am concerned making these a great value for the investment.

Reliable Rain Boots That Do the Job With a Few Tradeoffs
I recently tried the Showave Ankle Rain Boots and they held up well during rainy weather and muddy outdoor chores. The waterproof rubber kept my feet dry walking through puddles and damp grass. The insulation made them comfortable in cooler weather, and the lightweight feel helped me wear them for hours without foot fatigue. They worked well for gardening, fishing, and other outdoor tasks.One of the things I liked was the ankle height design. It made pulling them on and off easy while still offering enough coverage to protect against splashes and mud. The soles had decent grip on wet surfaces, so I did not slip while walking on slick ground or uneven terrain. The fit felt true to size and the boots were roomy enough to wear with thicker socks when needed.There are a couple of things to keep in mind. Since they are ankle height boots, they do not protect against deep water or heavy snow. If you wade into deep puddles your pants or legs may get wet. The rubber material is a bit flexible, which feels comfortable, but might be less durable if you are working on rough terrain or exposed underbrush. Even so these boots deliver solid waterproofing, comfort, and practicality for light outdoor work and rainy days.

I wear these ankle rain boots for working outdoors and on the farm and they have been doing a decent job keeping my feet dry. I use them for fencing, cleaning stalls, and just walking around muddy areas and they handle it all without letting "water" in, or me ending up on my rear. The tread on the soles has got a good grip on it. The rubber feels flexible but sturdy and they are surprisingly lightweight for boots that are insulated. Fit is pretty true to size at ten and I like that they do not make my feet feel cramped even after a few hours. The tread grips the mud well though I notice it can get slippery on wet wood. I just slip them on and go. They're solid so far and for the price I think the value is great deal.
