These boots are great! I ordered true to my size so they are a little snug, but they will work. I would recommend a size up if your feet are wide, which is what is recommended in the description. I have big calves and there is plenty of room around my leg and the top of the boot is adjustable. Great Value as well.

These are really nice high quality boots. They go up nice and high, are true to size, and are warm and waterproof. They don't have a zipper but rather slide on, and have a little elastic thing with a plastic clip to keep the elastic in place. The plastic clip is pretty cheap and wouldn't last through anything rugged, but the boots would still stay on without the elastic or clip.So I put these boots on and wore them on a two mile walk on a cold and rainy November day. They kept my feet completely dry and didn't slide around (meaning no extra thick socks required). I was all ready to give them five stars -- and then it came time to take them off.My feet were completely stuck in them. The way they go on is that you press your feet in and they kind of "click" into position once your heel gets past the back heel of the boot where the shoe part starts. But putting them on is a lot easier than taking them off. It requires two hands to pull and the little notch on the heel isn't useful until they are almost already off. I was afraid they would come flying off and hit me in the face. I finally figured out that you can wiggle them back and forth and slowly loosen them up, but it takes way longer than it should.So unfortunately, these are not quick boots to take the dogs on a quick walk. And they're also far less than ideal if you have any flexibility, strength or mobility issues. But if you need to wear them around all day and don't mind spending a minute or two taking them off (or maybe if you put bread bags on your feet like in the old days!), these are really nice boots. Five stars other than the removing them issue, but it was enough of an issue where I had to deduct a star.
They are very high quality boots
The description doesn’t say they are insulated but they are. The interior is soft and very comfortable, but a little warm on a hot day. The rubber doesn’t bite into the tops of my toes when I walk and the tops don’t irritate my calves. The tread is just deep enough to give good traction but cleans out easily with a hose, even after the mud has dried. I’ve been wearing them every day for a week and haven’t noticed any discomfort. I put my own insoles in them which made them even more comfortable. I normally wear an 11-1/2 wide but a size 11 in these is just right, even with thick socks.
