These shoes are comfortable, waterproof in shallow water, and made with quality materials. They're light and stylish enough to be useable not just around the house but also for outings on rainy days. The big problem is they are very difficult to put on and take off. Also the sizing seems to run a bit large as they felt looser than expected once they were finally on.
I love that these are made of natural rubber instead of a synthetic material (like most). The foot area seems to be true to size. What didn't work for me was the ankle. Even though I have small ankles, I have large feet. It was difficult getting the shoes on. Once they were on they fit well... the problem was getting them off. I couldn't remove them. My husband, after much struggle, both hands, all of his weight and great difficulty finally got them off me. I have given much thought to the rating...I finally decided on 4 stars instead of 3 (wish I could've given 3½) because they're made well & from quality materials. Besides, the trouble we had getting them off may have only been due to the specific issues of my feet and ankles... maybe not, but I don't know for sure. I wouldn't try them on unless you have someone available to help remove them if need be. If you purchase these, take comfort in knowing you can always return them...if you can get them off :)
They are comfortable to stand in. And are waterproof just don't go out to deep. Good quality and value for the price.
