My son loves these. They look nice and seem well made. My son has skinny feet and these are a little snug in the width. I do not think they would fit a child with any width to the foot. They are more of a flat bottom shoe than an athletic looking shoe which is nice. They have a gel insert sole.
Great shoe. Ordered a 11...it's not even close enough for him to be able to wear.
We love Skechers shoes! The only problem is I didn't take into account that it had a memory foam insole and that means it isn't removable. My son wears shoe inserts so he doesn't wear these as often as I'd like. But he does like to wear them and says they're very comfortable.
This is my son's second pair of this exact same style of Skechers. Lightweight and durable and fit exactly as expected. Easy on and off, no pinching or tightness on his slightly wide feet. These stand up well to a highly active kid who spends a lot of time playing outdoors.
I think Sketchers are great lightweight sneakers and I paid a good price for them, but you get what you pay for and they don't hold up to play very long.
Not the shoes pictured. The picture shows blue and orange shoes. I received black & red shoes. I THINK that they may be the same style, but they are not as pictured. I thought that maybe I missed something in the description but the description does not mention the color or anything else. I'm keeping them because the price was good and they seem like good shoes, but really very disappointed in the color.
These are my kid's favorite shoes because they look great and they have a very comfortable memory foam insole. He prefers these to his Merrel sneakers and they were much less expensive. Also, you don't have to tie these and my kiddo can get them both on in 30 seconds flat. That's a nice bonus when we are running out the door in the morning. I will buy these again in a larger size when he grows out of his current pair.
