Best Shoes for Foot Pain Issues; The Black Ones Can Pass for Dress Shoes
These are the best shoes for Plantar Fasciitis, Metatarsalgia, Bone Spurs, and other painful feet issues (I suffer from all of these, unfortunately.) I am also a senior citizen, and these are especially great for those of us seniors who have issues with feet pain, and would also be great for seniors who have trouble walking, or who have trouble with balance. The soles of the shoes are well-cushioned for shock absorbing (with open holes that give with impact, much like the also very comfortable (and very popular) On Cloud shoes, but these are less expensive, and are probably better. The the these shoes are so comfortable. The shape of the soles of these shoes also encourages walking with a rolling motion that also reduces impact force of your steps. And, the famous Sketchers hands-free slip-on design of these is most appreciated (these are shoes that fit great, with excellent arch support, and there is no need to tie shoelaces with these.)The soles are non-slip, and I have tested this feature out by walking out in the wet and in light rain, and by also walking through water spills at restaurants, etc., and I have never had them slip at all, so I feel very safe in these shoes. (This would also make them great for health care workers and food service workers who also often have to walk on wet floors.) They are reasonably lightweight, and the shoes are very high-quality.These are now the only shoes that I wear when I have to be out of the house. My first pair of these were the all-black ones, and I got these to use as dress shoes (since I can get a way with that), to use when I work and often have to wear all black, or have to wear other dressy clothes of some type (black suit or tuxedo, etc.) I can get away with wearing these shoes as a replacement for regular dress shoes, since they are all black and look pretty dressy for what they are. (I still work as a professional musician, playing mostly classical music and jazz in various bands and orchestras.)I liked my first pair of these so much that I immediately bought these shoes in the other two available colors, which I use when I am dressed more casually, such as when I'm attending rehearsals, or when I'm going out for casual entertainment, or getting out for any other reason.I would love to see these shoes offered by Sketchers in even more colors, such as navy blue and white. I would probably buy them in any other color that they might decide to add to this line.
