These are very comfortable shoes, and as advertised, you can slip your feet into them without actually touching the shoe at all. They have a rigid heel, and the tongue is tacked on both sides, making it easy for you to slip your feet into them like slippers, even though they fit on your feet like normal shoes. And, they absorb a lot of impact in the sole.
Let's be honest, the name "Skechers" doesn't typically send shivers of excitement down my spine. My past encounters with the brand have left me feeling... well, less than enthused in the comfort and fit departments. So, when my better half decided to drag me, kicking and (mostly silently) screaming, into a Skechers outlet the other day, my expectations were lower than a limbo dancer on sleeping pills.However, amidst the sea of footwear, a beacon of intrigue emerged: the Hands-Free Slip-ins. At the ripe young age of 51, the simple act of tying shoelaces has become a task I approach with the enthusiasm of a cat heading to the vet. There are two main culprits for this newfound aversion: 1) My flexibility has apparently taken an early retirement, coinciding with a burgeoning sense of delightful laziness, and 2) The resulting crimson hue my face adopts during this bending ritual makes me look less like a suave gentleman and more like a boiled crustacean. And for the record, I'm not a couch potato or anything, I just prefer to avoid unnecessary lobster impressions.Back to the outlet. These slip-ins, particularly in that rather dashing marled White/Black with a hint of silver, were the only things that caught my eye. Naturally, my size 12 feet were met with the disappointing reality that their stock only went up to 11. (Though, being the forward-thinking individual I am, I did snag a photo of the box details). As my wife emerged, arms overflowing with shoe boxes like a squirrel hoarding nuts, I delivered the predictable news: "No luck with the Skechers, dear."But plot twist! Upon returning home, a determined online search ensued. Finding a size 12 proved to be a quest worthy of a medieval knight, but lo and behold, I finally tracked them down here. They arrived today, and color me surprised! Not only are they incredibly comfortable and feel nice and airy, but the style and color are surprisingly versatile. Plus, they're washable! Who knew Skechers could pull off such sorcery?
A perfect fit out of the box and the slip on feature actually works? Having the sole matching the shoe makes it seem more dressy instead of looking like an athletic shoe as most do. Very light and very comfortable. Worth the money.
First, A huge thanks to Sketchers a comfortable, mainstream shoe that's VEGAN!Overall, I'm happy with these Sketchers shoes. They fit really well, and I'm super surprised at how much I enjoy the ease of slipping them on and off. Plus, the built-in arch support means I don't have to purchase a separate insert to keep my feet from hurting.But I've had these less than two months and I'm already seeing that the fabric is starting to pill and the sides of the white sole is getting stained. And I don't love the "archfit" logo on the side of the sole - I'd rather not advertise that my old man feet need arch supports.I think they're a little expensive, so though I'll definitely buy more of these in the future, I'll probably wait until they're on sale first. But I do recognize that I'm saving a little by not having to buy those arch support inserts separately, so I guess that's a nice bonus!

Bought these to be used as work shoes worn during many hours standing on concrete.Husband has plantar fasciitis and has found that sketchers is the most affordable option for comfortable, attractive shoes with high arches and firm soles. They are replacing shoes designed for his disorder that cost three times as much that wore out after a year.These shoes looked good and fit well when first worn, He wore them for lengthy grocery shopping and then hours working on concrete. They will only look as good as the picture for about four hours and then will get covered with dust, dirt, and paint.
Hands down best shoes.-- comfy, stable, non tiring and slip on and slip off.
