Consistently Good
This is what I'm looking for in a shoe - great fit, durable, and comfortable. I put about a thousand miles walking (per my FItbit) on a pair before getting a new pair. About 6 miles a day on average here on the farm, and they last about 6 months. The old pair becomes "mud shoes" for those days when I have to work in mud or deep brush. I can't tell you how many pairs I've owned over the past year, but based on order history, it's been about 10 pairs. What is really good is I wear a 7.5, and those aren't always carried by the local sports and retail stores. Now, I just go out to Amazon when the old ones start to peter out, find something that looks good in caliche, and order. Same great fit every time, same consistent wear and feel. I'm hooked on these shoes.

For the past 5 years or so, I have been constantly... skeptical of Skechers and I don't really know why. A few years ago I bought a pair of walking loafers. Loved them! Wore them so much, I wore them out and bought a new pair. I resisted other Skecher products because I thought there was no way they could be as good as or compete with the "big name" shoes. Later I bought a pair of sandals. LOVE them! Bought a pair of Skecher hiking shoes. Love them! Now these sneakers. Love them! They are comfortable right out of the box. I am no longer skeptical. Skechers, in my opinion, are equal to or better than the "big name" shoes.

This is the shoe you need for working retail.
It fit's as advertised. Working at Target, I walk six to seven miles a day on a hard floor and my feet hurt at the end of the day (I have to ice them at times). These shoes have great support and fit plus comfort. Not too light and not to heavy. They have a wide sole that's thick in the back and a decent (the only flaw) amount of memory foam. I would highly recommend this shoe if your going to be inside working on a hard floor all day.
