Light and very comfortable
These are great walking sneakers. I do about 3 miles every morning over extremely rocky roads and these really cushion the walk. They're much lighter than some of my other pairs by the same company, but I think I like these better.Only one comment (not a complaint): REALLY CHECK YOUR SHOE SIZE. I wear 8s for everything except Skechers. I actually measured out my foot and according to them, I'm a 9. OK, so I ordered a 9 and they fit beautifully. My ego isn't wrapped around my shoe size, so whatever they want to call it is fine with me as long as the shoes fit-- and they do.

Lots of cushion inside and out for a comfortable walking shoe.
This shoe is great if you have arch problems or plantar facetious, probably because of the extra cushioning. It was comfortable right off, and I slipped in my orthotics which fit perfectly. I have a very hard time finding shoes because of no arch, that is flat feet, and little natural cushioning left from so much hiking and running over the years. They are wide enough in to toe box to feel comfortable walking on flat pavement and up steeper inclines. I like the stretch material and they're easy to slip into.

Excellent for those with tender feet
I happened upon this style of Skechers while visiting the local outlet store. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were. I bought them here on amazon because they were cheaper. If I were to imagine what it feels like to walk on a cloud, wearing these sneakers would be it. I have had tender feet, be it planter fasciitis or strained achilles tendon, for over a year and these sneakers were a welcome relief. An ahhhhh moment. I would recommend these sneakers to those of you who may have tender feet.
