Easy to slip into, comfortable to wear

I had to return the first pair, they were to short. I have been wearing a size 12 since I was a teenager, I'm now 82, I guess my arches have flattened out a bit in old age, causing my foot to be a bit longer. Anyhow, the return of that pair couldn't have been easier, and refund was almost immediate. I ordered the next size larger, and they fit perfectly. Slip on easily, no hands needed. At my age putting on shoes is harder than it used to be, and these are easy. They are very comfortable, feels like walking on sponges. I guess they are stylish, but at my age, comfort is more important.

Great buy and super comfortable!

Fits very nicely. Easy to get on. Had these for a couple of months and still very satisfied. Can wear them all day and my feet don’t hurt at all. Feels like you are walking on a cloud. Size is true and love that they came in extra wide.

Have to have earplugs

Been using this shoe for more than a month now. Fits perfectly. Easy on my feet and responsive to walking. It’s starting to make noise when taking steps like something is grinding in to the soles.

GOGA MAT IS A GOGO!!!

So was waiting for Skechers to do a slip in of my boot shoe, Found one I really liked, but the catch was it just had the standard memory foam insole...Sorry, this isn't my fave. I had several items to check on my pair: The new Goodyear rubber they're implementing now, I have this on my previous Skechers Outdoorsy shoes & they're still good almost 2 years later...though beware of this included feature on Sneakers/walking shoes instead...it's a THIN rubber padding in certain sections glued to the standard Skechers outsole...so hardly a consideration there. I wanted Slip Ins. And finally Arch Fit or something I liked otherwise. I saw the slip in, good year rubber boot shoes & thought, "maybe I was ok with the standard memory foam insole, it's been some time after all where I've moved on to their other comfort technologies, maybe the memory foam was ok..." nope. My feet started hurting pretty quickly in those, which jogged my memory that I believe was the case back in the day, but put up with it as the norm for me. I have a high Arch. I thought I was flat/wide footed for some time, but a nice Skechers store lady did a sizing for me some years back & pointed out in not a wide foot, I just thought I was due to the high Arch and extra room for this in a wide foot...but my foot was slipping in those back in the day which brought forth the question of "what Fit am I?" I've worn medium since then. Anyways, when this didn't work out I went to Brick & Morter & tried some out. Come to find out most slip ins have been released in the standard memory foam. Bummer. Some have a GOGA MAT Arch support pad...these are ok. My previous Goodyear rubber boot shoes are Arch fit; and while these help quite a bit more, my feet are such that I'll still start getting stacking foot pain eventually with enough walking (I have diabetic neuropathy down there too). I remembered really liking the FULL GOGA MAT insole back in the day with another pair of Skechers I had...so I started looking for those; Alas, this is not prevalent in slip ins...but I tired a pair of non-slip-ins at the store and Boy Howdie! Those were the ticket! BUT NO SLIP-INS! NO GOOD YEAR RUBBER! NO BOOT SHOE! Sigh. Talking to the Skechers store gal there, she was saying she too loved the GOGA MAT and that's why she hadn't switched to Slip-Ins yet. Even the GO WALK styles that went Slip-ins switched to standard memory foam when they had been GOGA MAT before...a travesty. Now, while on my hunt, I discovered the new Glide Step shoes & these were the most different shoes I tried on...you could feel something was different. I guess the point is the horizontal tread that bends with your step. It's feels more...natural? I liked it. Fast Forward to finding...I should say stumbling...on these on Amazon (they're not in store yet). I showed them to the likewise liking GOGA MAT Skechers store lady who had yet to have seen them. I found them on the Skechers store website first, but they were saying air cooled memory foam in the description...but when you looked at the pictures and zoomed in on the inside of the shoe...Lo & Behold...Do I see GOGA MAT?! But which is correct, the picture that could be outdated before a switch, or the description? Gave em shot, after all Amazon returns are awesome...WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! THEY'RE GOGA MAT! Now, not the boot shoe I was looking for, but these are stylish. Not the Goodyear rubber, but they're the nice new glide step. And they're SLIP-INS!!! AND THEY'RE FANTASTIC! Nice, bouncy, Cushioning, natural walking step!

Lightweight Comfort That Truly Helps With Neuropathy

was skeptical at first because I own another pair of Skechers that wasn’t very comfortable. However, this pair completely changed my mind. I’m in my 30s and have long COVID–related neuropathy, and these shoes are extremely lightweight and supportive. They’ve helped me a lot, and I now wear them almost everywhere. I own several pairs of shoes, but these and my Hokas are by far the ones I wear the most. I’m also very glad I purchased them—the installment payment option was a huge help and made it much more manageable for me.
