Uniquely comfortable and stylish sandal, if you can identify and find the right size and color
I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit me comfortably. My real shoe size is a 5.5, but I often buy a 6 to get the width I need. I have a wide foot. I refuse to wear shoes that are uncomfortable, which is a real problem when looking for a dress or work shoe with some type of heel. I have been shopping for somewhat dressy sandals for my son's outdoor/indoor wedding this summer. I must have tried on 25 pairs of shoes - ordering and returning shoes to Zappos, DSW and Amazon. In the end, I came across this shoe in a size 5 (color mauve) at DSW. I bought them. They were a bit snug, but fit well. I was not terribly happy that the heel and sole are not real cork, but synthetic. However, the color, style and sheen of the shoe worked quite well with my dress. AND THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE. Once home, I then ordered two more pairs of this shoe - the 5.5M (pink) and 5.5W (taupe). The 5.5M was a bit big on my foot, and the strap fell down as others have stated. My feet were swimming in the 5.5W. In the end, the mauve color was the most elegant - so I totally lucked out in finding that color in size 5. I know others would not be caught dead wearing such a "cheap" shoe to their son's wedding - but I am thrilled. Give these shoes a try if my story sounds like yours!

Comfortable but Loud
I purchased these shoes last year in black. They are not solid black. Only the wider striped strap is black. The rest of the shoe is a darker gray. I almost returned them because I wanted all black but after trying them on i decided to keep them. They are very comfortable, easy to walk in, and don't hurt my feet. My biggest complaint with these shoes is the slapping noise made as the shoe slaps the heal when walking, like flip flops do. If you work in a quieter environment like me, then its very loud. The other thing that just started happening this summer - 2nd summer wearing them - is that the strap on one heal has started sliding down sometimes when I walk. Despite the noise, I still wear them to the office. My coworkers just know where I am at all times LOL

More please!!
First, I'm a huge fan of three shoe brands, Skechers, Clarks, and Merrell. All provide the perfect level of comfort for my feet. With this said, I am still able to provide objective reviews because I'm crazy picky about my shoes. If it doesn't fit right, I have no qualms about throwing them back regardless of the brand name. So, I went into this purchase with an open mind. I love many things about this shoe, but find a couple of issues as well.Good first:1) The insoles provide the same outstanding comfort as most skechers loafers and sneakers.2) The heel is the perfect height for all day wear, casual enough to pair with shorts, or a casual dress.3) They are trending, and likely not to become dated anytime soon due to the simplicity of the style.4) They are easy on and easy off...no struggles with a buckle. This is a plus, but may also be a drawback as well...Now for the drawbacks:1) The straps are lightweight and stretchy, and because they are slip-on style, the straps are stretched each time one puts them on or takes them off. This will limit the life of the shoes as they will likely become too stretched out with frequent wear.2) I wish the heel were not so tapered toward the sole. This limits the stability for those of us who are clumsy.All-in-all, they are great sandals and I will likely buy a second pair in a different color as the positive outweighs the drawbacks.

Very comfortable!
I was a little concerned when I first got these because the back strap seemed very tight on the right shoe. I wore them around the house for about 30 minutes and noticed that the strap had loosened. I'm so glad that I did not send these back without giving them some time to stretch a little. My feet are on the med/wide side, and these fit comfortably. The toe strap is not tight at all, and I don't even notice it. The stretchy strap that goes across the top of the foot holds my foot firmly in place without squeezing my foot. The footbed provides good arch support, and the cushioning is so comfortable. I wear these about once a week, and they look great with all kinds of outfits. The color resembles a black denim. At the end of the day my feet feel just as great as they did when I put these shoes on in the morning. I would definitely purchase these in other colors if they were available.

Plus size woman hear me out!
I am a plus size woman who has wide feet, that hurt to the point of misery with basically any dress shoe I have ever worn. I actually fear and loath weddings etc because of freakin heels!I bought these for a few nice nights out in Europe for our anniversary. I was so scared they were going to hurt like all the others.THEY ARE ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE!!! and I mean not just do-able, I mean they feel like Skechers sandals and they look so dressy! I actually felt pretty in my maxi dress with wedges!I don’t write embarrassing things like my body size or pain I have all the time on a major site for just anything.
