The shoe itself is cute and comfortable ( I know this because I already have a pair) . However this particular pair had to be returned as size 9 shoes were put in a box marked 8.5 and sent to me.
Immediately after trying these on, I could feel the rub on the back of my ankle. I am hoping that adding an insole will help to lift my foot up a bit so it won't rub so much when I walk. I have a bandaid on now, but I can't wear a bandaid everyday. I'm disappointed that they rub so much. I have had other sketchers flats over the years, the material in this area wasn't so tight so there was no rub. It used to be very flexible with other styles. They are comfortable despite this. They also make a sort of squeegee sound when I walk on certain flooring. But if adding an insole helps with them, I will keep them. If not, I will see if I can return them. I'm not ready to give up on them yet. Adding an insole will take away from the comfy insole that it already has though. I just got these last night, I haven't had them long and this is what I am experiencing.

These are not like real skechers shoes. They're alright but not great. Not a perfect fit as most other skechers I've purchased in the past. Not a good feel. The heel is broad so they constantly slip off my feet. Would not recommend them. Sorry to say they truly feel like a bad knockoff. I have so many pair of skechers shoes, all of them stellar in fit, design, comfort, etc. But not these.
Shoe is great but the sizing is off.
Cute shoes but they run way big.
