Trying this shoe

I ordered these shoes for walking. Shoe is great but the pair I received had been worn outside, dirty soles and inside heel pad was dirty. They arrived in a box that was not the original box and not even wrapped (3 sheets of tissue paper unopened in bottom of box). Really sloppy repackaging when you ask customer to pay full price and you send used shoes as new.
