As I was entering my freshman year of high school my father took me shopping for a pair of shoes. He said “you’ll be making your living standing on your feet”.My father a casino executive, stood on his feet 8 to 12 hours a day. He said, “if your shoes do not properly fit your feet each step you take will make you feel like your feet are in a vice. A burning pain shoots up from your feet. It will be the worst pain you’ve ever experienced.If you do not take care of your feet, you could possibly have problems with them for the rest of your life. He left me with the axiom make sure that you always take care of your feet and put the best shoes you can on, your feet will take care of you.After my wife and I married, there were many things that she didn’t have growing up that I had. She was from a large family and I was from a smaller family. We’re my father made sure that we all had good shoes. My wife was in a family that the younger children always wore the hand me downs from the older kids.The first thing I told my wife we’re gonna start making sure you wear the best shoes for your feet so they’ll never hurt you. What day we actually had a chance to put her in a pair of sketchers. They were relatively new at the time when we put these on our feet, they’ve only been on the market for a short while. She picked out a pair of shoes that she loved the second she put them on.When she would walk through the store, she said her feet didn’t hurt her. I believe that’s because of the quality of the sketcher shoe.I told her we need to make sure that we change your shoes about every 3 to 4 months. The more you walk the more you wear them the more they wear out on the bottom and you don’t get that same support and comfort. We went back into the same shoe store looking for that same shoe that we had bought the first time. When we were there, the salesman said that issue isn’t made anymore. So now she was left to try some of the new models that they had come out with With.Over the next 5 to 7 years, she had some shoes that felt really good on her feet and then there were some that just weren’t any good all of the things they put on the bottom the little round quarter little balls that evidently they thought would be better support when walking actually did more damage to her feet than good.She wears a very small shoe a size 5, and she has really not much of a problem with her arch support. Most of all the shoes she had were were very lightweight and they seem to be very durable. The only problem we had was, you could never buy the same shoe twice it appeared because they were coming out with something new all the time.Well, when we first came to this go walk seven this was a shoe that actually provided her the comfort she was looking for. We are now on the fourth pair of the go walk seven shoe.We’ve tried other brands of tennis shoes, many of the brand names, but none of them gave her the comfort the sketchers gives her. She’s in the habit of worrying them beyond the time that they should be exchanged for a new pair because they begin to fit so good when they’re broken in.If you’ve never wore a pair of sketchers I’d encourage you to try an affair. I believe if you give them a chance you’ll find it not only will these be an affordable pair of tennis shoes that you could buy they’ll also give you the comfort you’re looking for. I don’t think you’ll go wrong with a pair of sketchers, the fact that they’ll give your foot to support you need their inexpensive, making them a very good value for your money plus they will keep your feet from having that too tight feeling that cheaper shoes usually have when you put them on your feet.

Most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever worn!!
I love these shoes!! They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn!! They slip off and on with ease without fitting loosely. I got them on sale for a fantastic price, and even if I would have paid full price, still worth every cent. Well every nickel these days. LOL!! They are very well constructed, but are practically weightless. I literally forget they are on my feet they are so lightweight. I wear these shoes for work because I’m on my feet many hours of every day, and these dgors would be great for walking, running, working, standing, anything that your on your feet a lot. I will buy these shoes again and again.

Great walking shoe
Very comfortable and fit well. True to size. Saved my feet and my shins!! Only draw back is they can get small gravel pieces stuck around the round “shocks” in the bottom depending on where you walk.

Great shoes for not-so-great feet
My feet are very wide and flat and I have a moderate bunion on each foot in addition to hammer toes. It's very difficult for me to find shoes that I can walk long distances without causing more problems. I've had this pair of shoes since February and had been wearing them for errands. No issues. There's enough support in the arches for me and flexibility in the toe box. I also felt the slip-ons were secure enough for me (some running shoes make me feel like I'm slipping out the heels even though they fit everywhere else when I'm not walking). I took a chance and bright this as a back-up pair of walking shoes on our trip to Disney World this month. (My go-to shoes for Disney are Columbia hiking shoes. I average 20-22 miles per trip to Disney and we were going to be walking more and staying longer on this trip). I am impressed to say that I had zero issues with aches, pain, or blisters while wearing these shoes. I didn't wear them all day, but wore them for about 5 miles a day for a few days (I walked 34 miles this trip). *I also do the prep work if wearing mole skin patches and hydrocolloids for areas that are prone to blisters. Best thing about Skechers? These are machine washable! I just bought another pair in a different color for my next trip next year!

Ive been buying these shoes for 4 years now. I bought the all black with shoe laces for work, as I work 10hrs a day on my feet. These are the ONLY shoes that let me last all day pain free!!!!!! I’m a dental assisting student, so I have to stand all day in the labs, and these shoes are just right for the job. I ordered a half size up because of me being flat footed, as you can see with my hard inserts placed inside of them. These shoes fit my feet perfectly with my inserts in them, and I like the convenience of being able to slip them on and go without needing to tie any laces. Walking with them on feels good, it doesn’t hurt my feet and there’s room for my toes to wiggle around. The inside of the shoe is just a flat surface of memory foam with no arch support, so that’s why my inserts are in place for my flat feet. The shoes are washable if they ever get dirty, but I haven’t had the need to wash them yet. For the price of these shoes, it was well worth the money for the sake of comfort and convenience. Purple is my favorite color, and the gray canvas with white soles goes with any color scrubs I wear. They’re very comfortable and lightweight shoes for a job like mine in dentistry, so I definitely recommend getting these shoes for your job if you work in the medical field like me.
