I do like them just not sure if they are for me, I would rather them not have the around the ankle strap. But undecided. VERY COMFY. At least to try on. And they definitely run large. I have some sketchers wedges that I could not get my foot in a 10 so had to get 11. But I paid attn to reviews and got 10s and these 10s are very very roomy. They fit like a wide or even 11 in a sandal. If I keep them and my 5 stars needs to be adjusted I will do so! But I definitely would not size up if you have a question about it

My new favorite sandals!
I wanted a Doc Marten look with a Skechers price, and hurray! I found them! These sandals are super cute on. And guess what? They’re incredibly comfortable, too! Seriously, they are as comfy as wearing socks! Believe me, I would tell you otherwise. ABOUT SIZING: I normally wear a size 8. I read the reviews saying they run big and to size down. So that’s exactly what I did, purchased a 7, and they actually fit like a glove. I think a size 8 would have been slightly too big, and I’m happy with my decision. These are definitely my favorite sandals now, I’m even wearing them today in Oregon, where the temperature is 44° and cold! That’s how much I adore these! If you’re on the fence with these, I strongly encourage you to go ahead and make this purchase! As long as you order the right size, you’ll be so pleased with these Sketcher sandals!

Love how these fit and the style. They are comfortable. As some previous reviews mention - they do not buckle, but have a Velcro strap. Luckily, I didn't have an issue with the sizing, but there is a bit of room at the toes, so I could see why others needed to size down.

Love These Shoes
I really wanted the Doc Martens sandal that looks similar to this, but at $100 a pop I couldn't stomach that for shoes I wasn't even sure I would dig the style. So I found these Skechers, for half the price and I absolutely love them! I have not even worn any of my other sandals since I got these, you can dress them down or dress them up and they are super comfy! I get so many compliments on them. My only complaint is the latch of the strap - would prefer a buckle over velcro, but overall I highly recommend these shoes!

Bizarre sizing
Ordered these in a 9, since I have other Skechers sandals from 2021 in a size 9 and they fit fine. The sandals are so cute and feel like quality materials. Not super comfy or uncomfy, just sort of there. Then again, I didn't walk around in them outside my apartment so I can't comment too much on comfort. The issue I had is that the sizing is super bizarre.The length and width of the footbed itself are fine, but like others have said, the straps are placed in such a way that the baby toe has nothing holding it in. I really wanted to make it work, but the shoes just look so weird due to this, and due to the additional fact that my toes are not fully emerging out the front of the frontmost strap. You can see the ends of my two longest toes like normal, but then the next two toes disappear from sight under the strap, and then in the next rung up between straps, there's my pinky toe just fully out and ready to party. It makes me look like I have deformed feet or something, but my feet are pretty average. I ordered the next size down to see if this would help at all, but all I got was a shorter, tighter overall footbed and the straps somehow still placed in the exact same position. Super disappointing. Like someone else said, have they even seen a foot before?If that front strap was just slightly further up on the foot, the sandals would be perfect. I think you have to have really extra long toes for these sandals to look good. I'm sending both pairs back, sadly.
