So I broke my calcaneus bone a few years ago. The days of cute shoes for me are long gone. It's a break you just never fully recover from. These Skechers are the best. When I say I have a high arch, I mean I have a high arch. These shoes get right up in it and cushion as I step. Definitely the best support shoes I've owned.
I work a PT job where I'm on my feet the entire time and have almost quit several times due to how bad my feet hurt. I needed new shoes and found these, so I thought I'd give them a try. The shoes arrived at my house 15 minutes before I had to leave for work so I threw them on and left. 5 hours later I realized my feet and legs didn't hurt!!! So glad I found these shoes!
Having heel pain keeps me from walking. These shoes are very comfortable and help in aliveating the pain so I can walk.
Exactly what I was looking! Love that mesh upper, so breathable! The max cushioning is the most comfortable Skechers shoe I’ve ever owned. It took awhile to receive, but well-worth the wait.
Initially these are very comfortable shoes- on par with my Hokas, but I walk about 2-3 miles every morning and after about 6 weeks I needed to change out the inserts to more sturdy orthotic ones. It’s been a couple more months and I can tell that they are not going to last as long as the much pricier Hokas. I think the maximum I would wear them comfortably for daily walking is about 8 months. This is my only reason for deducting a star.
I reached out to Skechers for a recommendation. I need heel lift to take stress off at my Achilles tendon . They recommended this shoe. Not good.The shoe provides good support, particularly in the arch, but the heel sits very low and puts a major stress on the tendon.I think it’s a great shoe, but not for me. Amazon Customer service was great. Shoes came in one day in perfect condition. Unfortunately I have to return them and continue my search.
Right shoe toe box cushioning has flattened after 6 weeks of wearing these for 40 hour work week. Now right foot discomfort. I’ve worn Skechers as a nurse for years and been very pleased. Very disappointing and now outside return window.
