Just got these so I'm reviewing them right out of the box. They seem comfortable, just walked around the house a little. I’ve been looking for a pair of shoes like this to wear to work. I’m an instructional assistant at a school for kids with autism and am on my feet a lot. In the summer it’s hot and I’m of an age where I’m hot all the time so I don’t like wearing socks, so my sneakers have been getting a little stinky. I figured a shoe like this would be good. I need closed toes and a shoe that straps on to my foot in case a kid bolts. These fit the bill and they are mesh, which is great.They are pretty cushiony, but don’t seem to have a lot of arch support, hopefully the cushion will be comfortable despite the lack of support.The size, to me, isn’t too big, however, I can see where that’s an issue. I wear a 9.5 in most shoes. My foot is average width. I got the 9 based on the reviews to size down. These fit nicely in the width, but the length is .5 inch too small, my big toe is literally against the toe of the shoe, I’ll have to keep my nails trimmed at all times. The big problem is the fact that the back is not adjustable. Perhaps if it was I would get a 10, but I have a feeling, like most shoes that don’t come in half sizes 😡, if I size up, they’ll be too big, especially without being able to adjust the back. But as of now they don’t seem like they’ll be painful. I’ll walk around the house more and if need be, update this review.

I love Sketchers Sandals. I have a couple and they are so comfortable! The two pairs I have now get much usage; they are like walking on air. Because I wear them all Summer, they are getting a little raggedy. Still holding up well, I just wanted a replacement. I decided to try a different style and these looked nice and comfy like the other ones I own. I usually read the reviews because sometimes it's helpful with sizing. I will say that the reviews are accurate in that these run one size bigger than my actual size. I ordered a size 8, and these are more like a 9! I didn't even have to try them on to know that they were gonna be wayyy too big for my feet. They have the same, good quality Sketchers have, just too big. I would suggest sizing down if you really want these. I returned them...

The heel height is just right and the foot bed is cushioned; the shoes are comfortable even when I am on my feet all day. Love the cushy soles and style

The size is a liitle big as other reviews have mentioned , but I put in a comfy insole and they fit great with even more comfort. I also added moleskin on areas when it felt a little scratchy on my bare foot and that took care of it. Overall, would highly recommend these shoes.
