Comfy and warm
I was looking for a ankle boot for work that will keep my feet warm when outdoors. I sized up to 9 because they did not offer this boot in wide. I have space and the shoe does not feel snug. These are slip on ankle boots. No issue with putting on the boots or taking them off. They are comfy and fuzzy.

Warm with a narrow fit
These booties are warm and fuzzy. They can pass as indoor shoes as opposed to looking like obvious snow boots, which is what I wanted. They're comfortable but not enough to be standing or walking all day. They're great for a job that's a mix of sitting and standing if your feet are cold all the time. They seem to run narrow but are a much better fit on narrow feet than Uggs, which is what I'd compare the warmth to. I'm between a 7.5 and 8 depending on brand, and I ordered the 7.5 in these. They fit perfectly.

Not comfortable, and the size runs small.
I’ve always been a fan of Skechers, but I recently purchased a pair of boots that unfortunately run small. I have existing knee and leg issues, and wearing these boots for an extended period placed my legs and knees in an uncomfortable position. After walking in them at the mall for about 30 minutes, I returned home with significant knee pain. I’m disappointed, as I usually find Skechers shoes very comfortable, but this particular pair didn’t work well for me.

Update January 2022These ankle boots have a true wide width. During the Texas 2021 grid failure with ice and snow and sudden snowfall in Nashville Tennessee in January 2022, these boots performed as advertised. They were comfortable walking in large airports. They did not worsen painful Morton’s Neuroma because they are almost flat. This means you can order arch support and padding then create the foot support and comfort you need. Your upper body attire will create the style you want to project when wearing these boots. You can also add your own decorations and bling to these ankle boots to match your personal style.Helpful tip: If you have wide feet and like thick or multiple layers of socks, going up a full size may give you the extra space you need to feel comfortable.I like:1) A true Wide.2) Opens wide for foot entrance and removal then closes softly.3) Yes, there is enough space to add orthotics and padding or wear extra thick socks.4) No, this ankle boot did not leak in ice and snow or slush.You could add an extra bit of glue around the shoe where the sole meets the upper and spray a waterproofing on the upper. I did not need to take any extra steps to seal the ankle boot — but you could.These boots spend most of their time in my closet because I live in the Deep South. When the weather was shockingly below freezing, these boots have kept my feet warm and dry in above ankle snow and ice. They are mostly flat shoes and not slippery. I’ve is always slippery so I walk slowly and carefully on ice. I realize they are not “cute.” The good news is that you can dress these ankle boots with stylish outerwear garments and accessories that you can purchase here in the Amazon Shopping Mall or your favorite store.Alert: Some people need a tight shoe with an elevated heel - this is NOT that shoe.
