Better than the speciality brand
For me, these are 5-star sandals just for the supportive footbed alone, which I need for mid-foot arthritis. I've tried on so many "fails" that I'm thrilled to find some sandals that I can wear. These sandals cost about 40% of the price of an orthotic shoemaker's sandal that I just returned, and yet they feel far more comfortable to me.These Skechers are cute, lightweight, and have a footbed that feels firm yet comfortable, with what I'd call a medium arch support and a slight heel cup. The outer is stretchy and is made of neoprene, which I normally dislike due to the smell, but these sandals don't have a noticeable smell. These sandals are great for light everyday wear.There are a few minor negatives. The straps, when tightened, slip loose at times so I'll need to fix that somehow. Also, the sandals have very small holes cut into the material of the insole which makes them feel slightly rough to me. Lastly, every single step I took at first caused the sandals to make an embarrassing sound, but thankfully some baby powder sprinkled on the insole quieted them down. I'm so glad to finally have found some supportive comfortable sandals with decent arch support that I'm just ignoring the few little negatives.

Great sandal
I wear a size 11 and these are perfect right out of the box. Very comfortable. I wear them when cooking to help with foot and leg pain. I've had them a couple of years now and they are still in great shape. Very durable.

I hope Sketchers doesn't discontinue this model! I have problem feet and primarily wear high end shoes & sandals (Alegria, Dansko, etc). I read the reviews stating these ran large so even though I typically wear a size 8 1/2 - 9 or European 39, I ordered the size 8 and amazingly they fit even though I would have preferred a tiny bit more length. I then tried a pair of size 9's in black and they were not only too long but they were sloppy on my feet. I returned the 9's and reordered the black in size 8. Both size 8's fit nice enough that I ordered another pair of blue & black (8's) for backup next summer. It seems that every time I find something that fits and is comfortable they get discontinued. At least I know that I have backups for this model. The bottoms are nicely cushioned and my bunion isn't bothered with these. If you can be patient and figure out which size to order it will be worth it.

Snap doesn’t adjust for good fit
I love the color and style but the clasp doesn’t adjust at all to keep the shoes from sliding up or down for a good fit. I just returned them. I don’t like that they will slide

I own 4 pair for a reason
Love Sketchers and these are a great slide in. SO comfortable I have them to wear inside and outside of the house. I can walk comfortable with no break in period.
