“These Boots Surprised Me — Great Fit and Durability”
I wanted to share this review because it can be hard to find comfortable, good-quality boots online. These boots are everything I hoped for!I work in groundskeeping and walk about 20000–25000 steps a day on all kinds of surfaces and in all sorts of weather. From day one, they were super comfortable — no break-in needed. The soles are holding up great (I usually wear soles down quickly), and the insole cushion gives just enough support to keep my feet from aching after a long day.They’re lightweight and not clunky, which is a big plus for my job, yet still sturdy, and the steel toe has already protected me a few times. They’re not waterproof, but I sprayed them with a water repellent, and my feet stayed dry and warm during a heavy rainstorm.I’m planning to buy another pair just to have a backup — that’s how much I like these! Hope this helps anyone looking for reliable, comfortable work boots.

The perfect slip resistant boot for work!
I bought these for son to replace his old Sketchers cessnook for working in our local Publix. These have a reinforced steel toe to protect those delicate toes if anything were to get dropped. The also have the perfect sole for slip resistance, which is a must. To say that these boots function perfectly for all his needs is a total understatement.In his own words, "He loves these boots, and will not wear anything else again. They are super comfortable, very sturdy, have great support, protect his ankles from rolling and twisting as well as his toes from falling objects. He loves the feel of these shoes as well. Well worth the money! I will say that these are technically labeled as women's shoes, which means they do not have a wide or extra wide option that we saw. however, we were able to adjust for this minor slight, but simply going up a half size. Once we adjust the size, they had the perfect fit.

Great boot. Fits my wider toes.
I waited about a month to write this review. I use these boots every day to every other day to do outdoor work. I previously bought a different type of boot soley for side zippers to make them easy to put on...not a good way to make a purchasing decision for boots. They were uncomfortable and never "broke in". And the boot zippers kept comng down on their own.I'm really happy with this purchase. Price point is really good for what you get snd the fit was spot on for me. I like the boots for these reasons:Size - I normally buy size 8's in general. Lately, I feel like the size 8 skechers sneakers are running small. These boots were perfect in size 8 and I think its because the toebox is wider than I find with the sneakers...maybe because of the steel toe. I have a thin ankle but wider toes and the fit is spot on. Plenty of room for my toes without feeling big.Comfort - They are very comfortable, at least for a few hours which is what i've been wearing them for. They were this way right out of the box. I wish they had a little more cushion but that's just preference. Still comfortable.Easy to Put On/Take Off - the lacing configuration makes them easy to put on. They generally keep their tightness in the bottom laces and allow for custom tightening with the two sets of tabs at the top. There's enough room to get my foot in and out when the tab lacing is undone so it's quick.Durability - i haven't had these long enough to truly speak on durability. However, they look well-made and durable. The only thing i'd consider less durable are the laces. They are thinner than i'd like to see in a tab-top boot.Price - i don't think you can find a better built voot for this price point. I did my research.One more comment on color. The olive color appears more brown online than in person. They look more like olive to me in person ...more green to them which i prefer.

Durable, comfortable, versatile, and cute
The boots themselves are holding up incredibly well after about 5 months of wear and typically walking an average of 4 miles a day for 5 days a week. Though the insoles they came with wore out in the first month or so, I simply replaced them with some high arch support insoles and they have continued to be a great boot for work. The "non-slip" feature is truly the best I've experienced from any of my work shoes. No problems speed walking with purpose across a freshly mopped soapy concrete floor. I did notice my feet felt a little wet walking in tall damp grass recently, so if there was any water resistance it appears to be short lived. But they've been great for indoors and outside during summer. Though Skechers sneakers seem to run true to size, I highly recommend getting a half size larger for any Skechers boot. If it matters to you, I get a lot of compliments on how cute these boots are and have actually paired them with colored tights and a dark floral dress. Comfortable and functional on concrete for 16hrs, or a rugged hiking trail.
