Awesome value for the price
I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and these shoes did not aggravate it at all. I wore them all day on a worksite and my one and only complaint was that I had one laced a smidge too tight and it caused my foot to bruise where the steel toe comes across but that was totally my fault. The arch support is not exceptionally high which I can easily detect because I have super flat feet. Overall, I got one heck of a good price on the gray ones and it is a really decent steel toe work show for the price.

These shoes were a perfect fit right out of the box!! I didn't have to wait for them to "break in" at all. I did order half size up as I always do with a safety toe shoe and these fit perfectly. I usually order a wide width but it was not available so went with medium width and they are wide enough. I just want to mention that the outer layer is like a mesh covering. Keep that in mind depending on where you will wear these. They could get whatever you work with (dirt, food, etc.) in the mesh that may not come out or just wipe off. Overall great fit and great price for a safety toe shoe!!

Tried and True Sketchers brand
For a first timer's safety shoe purchase, I chose these particular pair because they claim to be breathable, have memory foam plus a lightweight comp toe and should protect my toes at least from heavy objects. I don't know about slip resistance but I plan to use these in the dirt and on concrete. Of course I own multiple Sketchers and I ordered a 7.5 just like my other ones and look at the size of these things! Just walking around the house, these are comfortable, have plenty of toe space (I ordered wide) but my heel comes out just a smidge and rubs on the shoe enough to where I will need to add a heel pad insert to take up the excess space. I feel like a 7 might be a bit snug and its not worth the hassle to return. I do not find them heavy around the house, but I have not used them in the dirt yet. My pics should put things into perspective size wise.

The Worst Work Shoe I have ever worn.
The shoe looks appealing but the shoes fits very snug and they hurt both your heel of your foot and the toe area due to the way the shoe is made. Sketcher normally make great shoes but this was a complete miss and I wouldn’t recommend at all.
