Lightweight, affordable, and anti-fatigue
These steel toe work boots are lightweight, especially for a size 13!They don't cause fatigue after long wear time, and they are comfortable. After a 10 hour shift, there were no complaints. The lightweight nature of these boots makes a huge difference in reducing fatigue, and the outer soles have a bit of spring which also helps. The soles have traction grooves and are made of thick solid rubber to prevent slipping. They go on easily with wide openings for the foot, and thick ankle padding keeps the wearer from rolling an ankle. They are made of PU leather, which is imitation leather, and honestly, they do kind of look like fake leather, but the comfort factor outweighs the look, in this case. After a day on a construction site, they were so dusty and dirty you couldn't even tell what they were made of.The insoles are padded but not so much that they put pressure across the top of the foot. I think a little more arch support would have been better, but they do have a small amount arch support. If you like to wear thick socks with your work boots you'll be fine ordering your normal size, the boots have a generous fit, with a wide toebox, plus they lace up, so are adjustable within reason. If you also intend to add inserts for high arch support, however, you might consider going up a half size.I can't speak to how long they will last because they only arrived a week ago, but so far, so good. They are holding up well, and appear to be, at least, water resistant, if not water proof. These are a good choice for affordable steeltoe work boots. They may not be leather, but I certainly think they'll protect toes with the steel caps, and get you to work without breaking the bank or your hips.

Lace quality is questionable
The SKPro boots seem to be very well constructed of decent quality materials. I wear a 12W, and these were a little tight at first. Not that big of a deal since all boots/shoes need a bit of break in time. By the end of the first day, they felt much more comfortable. I had not realized how heavy my old boots were until wearing these a few days. They are much more lightweight which cuts down on fatigue. The higher ankle and padding provide good support. I was concerned about the slip resistance since the soles felt to be on the cheaper side, but on the third day of wearing them we had rain. The slip resistance turned out to be rather good. I am wondering about durability. On the second day, one of the shoelace end caps came off. Shoelaces are cheap, so I don't have a problem replacing them, but it makes me unsure about overall lifespan of the boots. At such a low price point, I feel they are a good value. Even if they do not last as long as my previous boots, they can be replaced without breaking the bank.

Gorgeous boots at a great price!
These boots really surprised me with how solid and comfortable they are. The first thing I noticed is that they run on the larger side, and I found myself wishing the brand offered half sizes to fine-tune the fit a bit more. If you have wider feet, though, that extra room is actually a plus—you won’t feel squeezed or cramped the way some work boots can make you feel by the end of the day.I’ll admit I also expected them to feel a little lighter, but once I looked at all the safety features built into the design, the weight made sense. Between the steel toe, the electrical hazard protection, and the tough outsole, they’re clearly built to take a beating. Even so, they’re surprisingly comfortable. The cushioning inside does a good job of softening the impact when you’re on your feet for long stretches, and the breathable lining helps a lot more than I expected. As for the build quality, I was honestly impressed. I didn’t notice any flaws or loose stitching—everything looks clean and well put together. The price feels more than fair considering the level of construction and the features they managed to pack in. These easily hold their own against brands that charge twice as much, and if you need something sturdy without sacrificing comfort, they’re absolutely worth considering.
