I have a very narrow heel, so needed to adjust the back strap quite a bit to keep it from slipping off while I walked but once I did the shoe stayed in place and felt secure.The patent Merlot leather is deep and lovely, almost nearly black, which I like and the buckle and strap detail are nice design features.The point of the toe is not too long to feel over designed, and does give the foot a narrow elongated look.These will look great with pants, dresses or skirts.
