True to size, seem well made and sturdy
My granddaughter is just about to get out of "little kids" size shoes, and the size 13 fit her well. She likes the color and I like the construction, which looks like they will last the 6-8 months it takes for her to outgrow any shoes. Really sturdy for bike and scooter riding and rough play. They light-up bright and easily, which she also likes. They slip on easily but the strap holds them firm and she says they are comfortable. They aren't allowed in her school, but they'll make a great pair of after-school play shoes.

Cute, easy for kids to use — but lights could be more reliable
These shoes are super cute and fit my daughter really well. I especially love the designed-in feature where the tongue is attached on one side — that keeps it from slipping down and makes it much easier for her to put them on by herself every morning. Cute, fun and practical
We can see her coming! These light up shoes make an entrance no matter where you are. The lights are bright and clearly visible. The shoes themselves are of good quality and made of a mesh upper that has flexibility, breathability, and stretchability. We got the pink shoes which are really a multicolored pastel that is more forgiving from a soiling perspective than a solid color would be. There is a velcro closure along with stationary elasticized laces that make getting into the shoes easy...even if you have a high arch. The sole seems to have good traction to prevent slipping. A cute shoe for school or playground.

Quality shoes for the little girl in your life
I am actually quite shocked at how well these are made. I wanted to get my daughter the next size up in shoe that she would need. They light up and the lights themself aren't covered so that is a bit of a downfall and I would suggest only wearing these if it is warm and not raining out. Just to be on the safe side. They are a velcro strap with the elastic style shoe laces that don't need to be tied just slipped on. They are a fabric shoe not leather. They also come with a shoe insole that is memory foam and can be removed if needed. Also not flimsy at all they don't bend in half when you bend them at the front of the shoe. I would suggest if they get dirty to spot wash or treat only, I really don't think they'd go in the washer. My only complaint it that you know how most shoes that light up have a cover of some sort over the lights these do not. They seem to be proper sizing as well as I ordered a 13 in little girls and they are big on my daughter that is 5. I thought they might run small so I technically went 2 sizes up expecting them to run smaller and they definitely do not. Great stitching on the shoe itself the fabric isn't poor in quality either. Definitely recommended as a good play shoe or even walking or running shoe.

These are cute & exactly as pictured. Kiddo loves the design & says they are comfortable.The sizing is good, even for my kiddo who typically prefers wider shoes— no complaints!My only complaint is that the tread on the bottom isn’t much. That’s somewhat normal for a lot of kid’s sneakers though— apparently kids don’t need good traction.Still, kiddo likes them & they’re easy on/off.
