We purchased these for my daughter's band uniform for concert season. Her teacher is very strict about all black shoes and all black socks. Although she hadn't worn high heels before, they were easy to get used to, and looked great on stage.
These are super cute and comfy if you get a size that works for you. Definitely size up, they run small. I usually wear a 6 1/2 and the 6 1/2 was a little snug. Not so much that I can’t wear them, but I probably should have gotten a 7 to be even more comfortable. I can wear them walking around work no problem but I wouldn’t want to wear them if I had to walk along distances or stand all day. I would exchange them but I got too excited to wear them because of how cute they are so I won’t return them now. I would give them 5 stars if they ran true to size. Not sure how they hold up over time yet.
These shoes, once I order the right size, are going to be absolutely perfect. They feel really sturdy and well-made, and the heel seems really solidly attached! I wear an 8 in sneaker, so ordered an 8 here- I should have ordered at least an 8.5. Besides that, I can tell once I get the right size, they'll be very comfortable.
First off, I did see in other reviews that the sizing runs small but I still ordered a size six regardless just to see if it would either be more like a five or potentially larger. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit perfectly, it seems to be that sizing over six and a half is where it gets a bit hairy for these shoes. However, if you're a six or smaller the fit should be fine. Honestly I could've ordered a five and it would still fit, just without any extra wiggle room in the toes.Secondly, the shoes are extremely solid. Like seriously, the heel is so solid you could wack someone with it and probably cause serious damage. That is good because the shoes should be pretty durable, however that also is a drawback because there's zero effort into comfort. I would not wear these out for long periods of time as there is zero cushion of any sort on the interior where your feet would apply the most pressure. Originally I bought them as another pair of work shoes for my rotation but now after trying them on and wearing them for about two hours to run errands I wouldn't wear them for an 8+ hour work day. My feet are a bit stressed after just the two hours so I already know if I tried wearing them to work I'd be limping by the end of the day. There isn't enough room for an insert either for some extra support, while they do fit my feet there's just not enough extra space to accommodate orthopedic inserts. Keep that in mind if you're buying these for long wear.The material seems to be a well made faux leather and a solid rubber sole but I'm curious to see if regular wear will cause the shoe itself to separate from the sole since this is a common issue with cheaper pairs of shoes. I also saw some questions on if these were nonslips, if you have to wear nonslip shoes for work I would wager a guess your workplace likely doesn't allow heeled shoes and you should be purchasing flats or actual work shoes designed for that. Seriously, as someone who previously worked on restaurant wait staff, you would not want anything on your feet that isn't a good pair of work shoes otherwise you risk some major damage to your feet that would require medical intervention to fix. Do not purchase heeled shoes intending to wear them in a non office or non desk job setting, you'll kick yourself for it later and regulations exist to protect worker safety (even for something as silly as your feet!)
Bought them for my daughter. Very cute. One of her favorites. Mind you, she has tiny feet and weighs 100 lbs
These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn in my life, which sucks because they are really cute. My toes, the tops of my foot from the strap, and my ankles are tore up after just a few hours wearing these with very little walking. I basically walked from my car into a building, sat down for a few hours, and walked back to my car and I have sores and torn skin from these shoes. I even wore stockings to help prevent the shoes from damaging my feet. Awful.
I loved 🥰 I recommend is soo comfy
