Surprisingly Comfortable

These Slip On Ankle Boots are Fabulous. Surprisingly Comfortable and feel amazing when on. The heel is not very high, I would say a medium heel, approximately 3 1/2 inches high. They have the V Cut design, which makes them so comfortable when walking. They have the rounded toe.Sizes seem to be running true, mine fit great. When I tried mine on, I walked around the house in them for about 45 minutes to an hour and not once did they start to hurt my feet at all. I walked on bare floors and carpeting and even went out to check the mail, going up and down some stairs and on concrete. Even stood to do a few dishes while wearing them and had no problems what so ever.Very happy with them, love the look and style of them. Seem to be very well made and durable.Highly Recommend them.MY OPINION: For the price, which I believe seems very comparable to most ankle boots this style seems to be fair. You get a great ankle boot that could be worn for casual or dress. Boots that could be worn with just about anything from jeans to dress slacks. And are very comfortable.

Almost could use a 1/2 size smaller!

She normally wears a 6.She GOT a 6.She almost could have gotten a 5.5She NEVER gets a 5.5The Boots are gorgeous -- she loved them the minute she opened the box! But then she pit them on. And, while she CAN wear them, the are definitely loose. She has ordered a pair of "heel protectors" to hopefully take up some space, but for right now, they are big enough that she feels she is slipping out of them when she walks. So, if you are like her, or if you are usually right between sizes, you might want to consider ordering a half-size down. Unfortunately, unlike many of her shoes, there is not any straps or other gizmo to allow you to adjust the size a bit.She loves them, says they are "oh, SO cute!", but until she can keep them on, she feels she has to down-rate it to 4 stars!

Sexy, flirty and fit great! Your next fall/winter bootie!

These black ankle booties are really perfect for any occasion!!! Suitable for a sexy date night with the hubs, casual with jeans and a tee, or wear with your favorite skirt or dress! True to size! I'm a normal 7/7.5 shoe, and I would say (without any sort of socks these have just a little slip on the ankle on me, so I may pair with thin no-show socks...) The heel is perfect for my 5'2" height. They are comfy for short periods, and have the skid-resistant sole. If you have wider/thicker feet or ankles, I'm not sure I would recommend these, as they are a slip-on, with no stretch or give to the top and sides. Packaging was thoughtful, in that they arrive with styrofoam inserts, - see last photo- allowing the true form of the shoe to hold up in shipping! They arrived in perfect condition, and I appreciated the extra care with shipping/packing!

Too small to even get on

On paper, these should have been a half size too small for me based on similar shoes I have purchased. Were that the case, my toes would feel pinched after a while but otherwise they would be wearable. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I can't even get my foot INSIDE the boot, EVEN with the little slice it has on the sides that should make it easier. I'm extremely disappointed, as I'd been looking for a replacement for a similar pair of boots I had years ago, and this wasn't it. My sister, blessed with smaller feet, says she would like to try them herself, so I'll ask her in a few months how they're doing.

These little shoots... Combination of a shoe and a boot... Shoot. Are very cute. I read the comments before I ordered them and so I went with a bigger size but I didn't need to. These are not even insole to fit too big. They're super cute and they'll go with anything. So with that said I would definitely stick with your normal size and maybe if you like them enough if that's not available to go up a half a size and put insoles in. I can't attest to how they fit as far as comfort in walking in them as I cannot wear them. But they're really cute.

More comfortable than expected

I generally wear between a 6 and a 6.5 and got a 6.5. They do fit. I might have managed to wear a 6 so they do run true to size but wanted slightly larger so I can wear socks with them. They have enough heel to make my pants that are just a bit too long wearable. Nice heel. Chunky enough to provide a good firm base and a good heel but not too high. Smooth surface with almond shaped toe.
