Very satisfied!!! my usual size is a Ladies 7.5(U.S), But bc i have slightly wide feet (&chubby toes), i ordered a half-size more (8) to allow extra room around my toes/joints, and they fit comfortably, not tight!
For their price, they are amazing ankle boots! I have wide feet and typically wear an 8.5-9 and I got an 8.5 and they fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I got the black ones and they haven't left any creases or anything. They look nicer than my $50 ankle boots. Not sure how long they'll last though, but for now I'm loving them!
I ended up with a pair that's completely black even though I bought the pair with brown on the bottom. However, I'm not complaining because they're still really cute! They're comfy enough to wear to work. As stated in other reviews, the ankles are a bit wide. I don't particularly mind that since I've been wearing thick socks with them due to living in the cold state of Maine.

Beautiful and comfortable shoe, except the left is definitely bigger fits loose and feels longer and is also slightly faded. I was excited bc I had bought the same shoes years ago and was my favorite pair but obviously it wore out I found them here same brand same style except for the left looks different from the right.
These were a great price but they are so uncomfortable. If I was still in the " cute over comfort" stage of life I'd love these but I'm wiser now and I cannot even wear these for more than 10 minutes. They are super cute though. They are true to size. I wear a 7.5 and these fit perfect .
